Only stayed overnight and arrived late - just the 2 of us in a 2 BR villa so plenty of space! Looks like a brilliant spot for a family holiday. Easy after hours check in and checkout in the morning. Convenient concrete car pad next to the villa. Huge comfy couch in the living area.

Could have done with a colander in the kitchen. I think a couple of towels for the main bedroom were forgotten but there were towels in the bunk room so all good. Like a lot of places we've stayed the lighting is low wattage cool white LED which is not very easy on the eye. (Natural or warm white would be better).

Lots of room for four in the two bedroom poolside cabin. Very modern and well decorated.

When paying 5 star prices I expect 5 star service the place was cleaned but probably needs a little bit more as we found underwear left behind on the floor. Fridge hadn’t been cleaned properly and a drawer full of glowsticks. Advertised as a full kitchen there was no actual oven in the cabin just a void behind cupboard doors where one should be. Not sure if it was removed or never fitted. Had to take our Christmas roast to the camp kitchen to cook. They need to check the utensils etc as they were not left very clean by the previous tenants.

Location, pool area, villa size, accessibility facilities, and amenities provided were all great. Bedding in the villa was clean. Sofa/lounge and dining table area's were modern, clean and comfortable. Smart TV's in the lounge area and room were a nice, modern inclusion.

The ants, and floor that maybe just needed a good clean. Please provide a long handled broom and mop in the cupboard for guests to use. BBQ only stays "on" for 20 minutes at a time.

The villa was basic but spacious and well stocked with crockery etc. The park is clean and well maintained and in a nice location. Ate at the cafe and the food was lovely. I left my Kindle and the staff kindly posted it to me.

Found a dirty T-shirt behind the TV that had been missed by the cleaners but generally the property was clean.

the room is very spacious and clean. the vibe is really cool and relax. the morning beach view is amazing

there's no hairdryer in my cabin and i have to borrow it from other cabins. even though i raise this issue to reception the other day, there's no compensation plan for us. there's no AC in the 2nd room, where can fit 4 ppl.

Staff and Terry/ Dave were so kind and helpful as they made my son holiday so memorable with soccer ball, table tennis so grateful . highly recommend thank you all for making a well-earned drive and break valuable {karts were good even though we took it a bit to seriously :):):)

no complaints

Nothing to complain about - really well equipped studio with everything you need. It is nicely renovated and modern apartment situated in a beautiful town right on the edge of ocean. The RAC park feels lively and safe but quiet in the night. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay here.

The location was good (quiet area by the ocean within walking distance of the town's only evening restaurant). Also, Nambung National Park with the fabulous Pinnacles Desert is a fairly short drive away (about 23 km). We had a two-bedroom villa. The air conditioning worked well. The shower had a steady temperature and reasonable pressure. Shampoo and soap were provided. There were two hand towels so we could use one in the kitchen area. There were three dish towels (always good to have at least one extra). The unit was a good size. The reception staff seemed very nice.

The bed was a little firmer than I like, but I slept okay. (I like a slightly softer-than-average bed.) There was no washcloth (face cloth). A light bulb on a bedside table was burnt out. (They probably would have replaced it quickly if I had told them about it during our stay, but I waited until we were checking out.) One of the blinds had a broken chain, but I still managed to close the blind. The pool was apparently noisey with children all day, but I expected that since it is a family-oriented holiday park. We spent most of the day in the nearby national park anyway. There were a few tiny ants near the kitchen sink when we arrived, but after I got rid of them we didn't see any more. (I suspect the previous guests weren't as neat as they should have been in "ant country.")

Stayed in a two bedroom villa unit. A very comfortable stay in a bright and sunny location overlooking the pool and children's playground. Kitchen setup was good with plenty of pots n pans etc for self catering. The lighting over the stovetop was great but little or none over the sink which made nighttime washing up a chore. We liked the comfy bed and good hot shower. Could easily have stayed more than one night but our itinerary didn't permit. Would definitely stay here again.

Cabin was nice. Right next to the beach. Pool was good for the kids.

Nothing around for when the weather was bad. No arcades for the kids etc. No shops, pretty boring area, definitely do not need very long there, we were bored by day two.
