Good location, the room was reasonably sized with everything that you need for a self-contained stay for a few nights. The kitchenette was small but functional for preparing a basic meal. There is parking right outside every room and it was pretty quiet at night

The lack of an opening window in the bathroom meant that it is quite moist in there even with the extractor running all day. There was mould in the bathroom and on the bedroom window. The outdoor furniture needed a good clean & cobwebs brushed off.

We enjoyed our stay Had a good time in Cervantes it's local tourist Attractions close by.Front Desk staff were Great Easy check-in &Check out Room very spacious Bed comfy Poolside Room spa bath as well ,Bbq to cook on also Very self contained has everything you require to Enjoy a short or long stay Clean and very quiet at night Bistro right next door and the country club across the road if waiting to eat out Our room also convenienly had washing machine /Dryer for our clothes which was a bonus .Thanks to All staff hope to visit again

Nothing to dislike

Cheerful, welcoming & informative staff. Place is a little dated but otherwise clean, comfortable, spacious & equipped. Located near eateries and a general store. Parking right outside each unit ❤️ease of loading and unloading.

The shower was like a sprinkle so a tad difficult to use. And the liquid soap and shampoo doesn’t lather and one tube wasn’t enough to wash even one part of oneself as it does lather so just need to supply proper soap and shampoo or state in booking to bring your own. I had to run to general store to buy shampoo and liquid soap

The room was in a quiet spot away from the pool, and noise Comfy bed Washing machine etc all very handy and work well Kitchen nicely set out and equipped 3/4 size fridge good for food and drinks Even though Spa didn't work, was nice to sit with in the bath with a bottle of bubbly

Room C111 Room had a smell - after airing out for a day it was fine Spa in room didn't work TV didn't work but was fixed Stereo remote didn't work, but we swapped one from room F123 so does now :) Shower taps the wrong way around, and extremely poor pressure

Rooms were a good size, couch was comfy and good selection of tv channels. Pool and giant outdoor chess popular with the kids. Had our own outdoor table and bbq which was great for relaxing meals. Building exterior and outdoor area well maintained and created a pleasant environment.

Restaurant had a pizza only night that was not advertised so we couldn’t access the normal menu and had to go elsewhere. Some minor interior updating to match the quality of the exterior would increase the value for money.

We spent only one night, because it was booked only for an overnight before visiting Pinnacles. Unfortunately for us, because it was an excellent accommodation, fully equipped kitchen with a gril on the balcony, outside pool and big chess playground outside. The staff was very nice (thanks and greetings to the helpful and always smiling mate on the reception and taking care for everything). Breakfast was rich and tasty. Don't forget to bring a specimen of your local money to be to be pin on the board at the reception (unfortunately again, we didn't have Czech koruna with us).

one stove look like switch came out, sink tap leaking, Toilet rim so dirty need good clean. Someone forgot lock connecting door, we can open in the other room.

We stayed in an upper floor apartment with a spa bath and pool view. It was very well equipped and everything was spotless. There was a dishwasher, washing machine, and a bbq on our balcony. Very close to the general store and eateries. Highly recommended.

I loved that the guests kids were liking the other pool and left us to enjoy the silence of our pool directly off our balcony.

I was hoping it was closer to the beach, but the wind made a beach stroll impossible. Nothing that the resort could control. I'm sure they would have if they could. 😁

Very spacious and had everything we needed for our weekend away. The rooms were surprisingly sound proof. Great location! It was nice to have a washing machine for swim clothes.

Bathrooms could use a little bit of a deep clean and more towels available over the weekend (we throught pool towels would be there so everything was a bit damp! The buffet breakfast was a bit pricey for what it was.
