Breakfast every morning was amazing for convenience and value for money whilst stay at the hotel. Location is almost perfect and close by to friends/family we were visiting at the time. Staff were very friendly and tried to accommodate to our every needs, especially trying to adhere to my mums requests (which she's elderly and picky!) Unfortunately, we had to change rooms two times when were stayed there due to water leaks from bathrooms above our floor (which I'm sure the hotel staff did not anticipate for the bathroom ceiling to cave in. I did not find this to be a major issue as I'm pretty easy going and happy they rectified our stay with another room within under 5 mins. However, mum found it to be an inconvenience moving to another room, which is also fair from her view. The very next day there were plenty of workers who were called out to fix up the hotel on all the floors due to the major leak! To which is impressive for a 3 star hotel, as I use to work in a 5 star hotel.. and things would be logged to be fixed with engineers/contractors but we wouldn't see anything done for another 3 months - 12 months+! SO from my perspective, Cuu Long Hotel are extremely fast and efficient at fixing something as long as you give them a chance before getting annoyed/upset/disappointed :)

From mums and possibly other guests perspective, the bathroom ceiling leak that caved in. It must've caved between the time the cleaner reset the room and the time we arrived and were shown to our room - as the staff were surprised when we notified them. Perhaps I'd suggest a very last minute check of rooms that are being booked just to ensure it's all good prior to guests arrival.

The beds were relatively comfy and good view. Breakfast selection not to bad. Staff were very helpful and was able to get the balcony unlocked quickly.

Construction happening in front of the hotel. Stronger air conditioner as we found it to weak. We would have lived a longer breakfast time. Booked 2 rooms and 1x rooms balcony lock was faulty. Our dad got locked out of the balcony due to the faulty lock. Better cleaning needs to done. Like pull the bedside table out and clean under and behind it as we noted small bugs around. Hotel could also do with an update and fresh paint.

The hotel is in a very good location facing the river across a wide road. We were able to check in early which we appreciated. We had asked for a river view which we had from our room on the side. Breakfast was good. We took a private tour of four islands. The guide spoke good English and was knowledgeable. We paid the guide direct. Be prepared to tip the boat driver and lady with the rowing boat. We knew the details of the trip before we booked but it is not accurately reflected in the leaflet from reception - it's three hours long (not all day) and does not go to Ben Tre. A taxi back to HCMC airport cost 1.2 m VND.

We needed a second chair of the balcony. There was a private function with loud music on the second floor one evening. Reception said it should finish at 10 pm but it went on later.

Had to change rooms as our first room smelled of smoke, luckily the hotel had another room available for a small additional charge as it was facing the gardens and had a window as the first room did not. Our group of 5 enjoyed the choices at the breakfast buffet which included Pho! Clean facilities and lovely door man who helped us find a spot for a late night dinner.

Nice Hotel directly at the waterfront. Very quiet. Room with window. diverse local breakfast. Super helpful and very friendly staff! Nice lobby and rooftop bar with a nice view over the delta (but note comment below)

Not a problem for us, but for some this information may be important: The hotel front is currently under renovation, which affects rooms with a balcony.

Excellent experience at Cửu Long Hotel. First, the value for money: you are greeted and attended to by a friendly and helpful staff, your rooms are clean and equipped with the required amenities, and breakfast is good with plenty of choices, all for a very affordable price. Then, the location in the city's center has a nice view of the Mekong River. Thanks to all the staff.

Bathroom layout has the shower area separate so rest of bathroom floor stays dry. Receptionist was very friendly. Clean room and tables. Bed was fine.

I requested a room with 2 single bed in the options but they didn't have it so we ended up with the double bed room. The table had a little crack in it and the kettle was dented but wasn't a problem.

Very convenient location.

Cannot stand while having shower. Air Conditioner water leaking inside the room, need more attention on the A/C maintenance service.

Friendly staff

Had a water that wasn't mentioned on the minibar list, I thought it was free but it wasn't, weird feeling for being treated in a weird way

The location and balcony was excellent. They have a great view ,nice shower room really big.

Beds and pillows rock hard, really uncomfortable, dirty walls in room, basic old furniture ripped curtains . Breakfast was not very good coffee so strong undrinkable .
