Perfect location, staff fantastic, price was very good, bit of noise from night club but was Songkran weekend so to be expected and we were warned beforehand and once again on arrival

The overall layout and set up of the property was great

The receptionnist was kind.
The room is small. The bathroom is hard to use (very small). The noise from the restaurant is annoying. The staff in the parking is unfriendly. The wall let all the noise coming in, it was a live music show few kilometers away and we could hear it until 6am. Then 7am the water pump from the neighboor start during few hours. Impossible to sleep even with earplugs and sleepingpills.
