My large clean room 3 offered many features that you miss in other budget places, for instance here you get many electric plugs in the main room as well as in the bathroom and on your own part of the terrace. I also enjoyed the large cupboard where I could really hide my travel gear, plus many shelves and a spacious bathroom with natural aeration, daylight and no noisy fan. Wi-Fi and hot shower worked well. (I never tested the aircon in mid-December, neither the pool nor the TV.) Manager Nuch is very friendly, very helpful and speaks good English.

There is occasional motor noise from the nearby street, mainly in daylight hours, and at 6:00 a.m. a loud communal loudspeaker kicks in for some minutes.

The host was very welcoming and helpful. She recommended a great restaurant and arranged a car wash for us. The guesthouse has a relaxing swimming pool and large rooms. It is located in a small village that gives a sense of rural life. Being such a small place, you can easily walk to the local market and temple. Be aware that the village news is broadcasted by loudspeaker at 6 a.m., which is loud but part of the rural experience. We enjoyed our stay very much!

The owner is a warm, welcoming lady who cooked us supper and offered suggestions for things to see on route to our next destination. The accommodation is as described, and I can highly recommend it. Her attention to detail is apparent throughout.The overall experience of our stay here far outweighs the only negative point that I had to point out. I almost feel pity for her as it is the only thing she can not control.

We were warned by the lady about the P.A. system which broadcasts to the village at 6 am, which is located adjacent to the property . That said,after a short period, it was back to the tranquillity we had experienced the evening before. Apparently, the announcements are made at this time before everyone heads off to work. It certainly wouldn't put me off staying here again.

Noise from Tanoy and school, but we were forewarned, so it was not a problem. A small thing,the TV could be mounted on the wall, so it's easier to watch the football, lol.

Noisy location with the main road although room was quiet. expect to be woken at 5.50am every morning by loud music from locals, a Buddha thing i think

A very clean room in pleasant surroundings. The owner was very polite and helpful. The breakfast, costing 100 baht, consisted of bacon,egg,toast, marmalade, coffee and orange juice and all of it was superb.

One of the aircon compressors was a little noisy, but the owner said that was going to be replaced.

Good place to stand for a night when you travel between the national parks. There is a small swimming pool and a kitchen whete you can heat your food. In the evening you can sit in the garden. The room is clean. The owners are friendly.

There are no cafes or restaurants around. Only a vending machine of 7-11 in a kilometer from hotel. Theris also a small local shop with drinks nearby. So all the food for a dinner one should buy somewhere in advance.. The soap, shampoo and shower gel you also should bring your own.

Small boutique resort. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Swimming pool was good. Owner was very helpful and the stay was very enjoyable. Great value for money.

A little off the main road.

Everything was perfect, the owner is so nice as the room and swimming large and amazing! You can get a good breakfast and don't hesitate to ask if you want a dinner Nich cook like a chef even western food

Nothing or yes be careful about gas it's hard to find gas station around, unfortunately we didn't ask Nuch where was the closest one and have been a bit stressed about that but this is nothing to see with the hosting of course just to say my experience

Nicely finished clean room and the refreshing swimming pool, we were lucky to have the pool by ourselves 😍
