The pool is lovely and the gardens are very peaceful. The accomodation is clean and comfortable.

The menu at the restaurant has a very limited range and it’s only open for breakfast and then again for dinner only serving until 730pm. This is quite early to eat food and as it is quite isolated if you aren’t driving you’re very limited for food and drinks both in terms of options and times you can eat. Once the restaurant closes there is no staff on site. One night the water refill points had not been replenished, and there was no possibility to find any drinking water on the property and it’s not possible to travel on foot to get supplies. Despite calling all the listed numbers, no one answered. This makes me worried what would happen if you were locked out of your room for example - no one on site in the night or contactable to help guests is not good.

We love the swimming pool and the comfortable bed. Actually, we love everything about it. It is peaceful and far from the busy city life. We tried their fried rice dishes and Tom Yum Chicken for dinner, it was amazing! The portion are huge and affordable. It is convenient and worth it to order food from them. The staff are accommodating. I specially love their coffee. Breakfast is included by the way. There is something with that place that will humble you. We dont really have a chance to experience biking surrounded by mountains and trees. It is relaxing, we really enjoyed our stay there. We love the free bike experience, we had a chance to laugh and inhale fresh air. It was simple but memorable. If you love a peaceful and quiet place that is close to nature, I do recommend this place. Its easy to navigate there if you have your own car, if there is none, the food and service alone is exceptional.

The hotel itself is nice with natural surrounded. The room is spacious with the standard facilities. There are many supporting activities for family travelling or seminar group. Staff is friendly and willing to help and noticed us about the noise because on the date that I stayed, there were group's activites. The resort is located near Chok Chai Farm.

The wifi was not working. The room lights were a bit dark. The bathroom rack was too low like 1.6 m and too close to the door. The sink is located in the bedroom. Please be informed that the way to get in the resort is very dark so, please be careful. Also, I have to do the double u-turn.

First of all, the staff are very superb friendly and helpful, take care from the lobby to the room, the room is comfortable and cleanness. Hotel's neighborhood is very wildlife. For sure, I'm will back again and again.

Only two things in the room that I will recommend being improve, the wash bowl must be in to bathroom and in the bathroom must have the shelf for shower gel and etc.

breakfast was good and american style.coffee machine a bit slow,,seemed like we were the only ones staying in a big resort..very quiet.,bit far to shops etc.but we had a car so no problems

pool was covered in leaves and mosquitos in room,at night the outside lights glowed thru curtains bit too bright,

The staffs are friendly and kind. There are outdoor activities like cycling, canoeing and ATV for the kids. Quiet and peaceful place. Ideal place for family stay.

The floor of the shower is not laid to fall. Water stagnant.

Lovely place, very quiet. A lot of facilites. A big room and a great bed. Best we had in Thailand. Free bicyles, kano, buggy to discover the town. Beautiful garden. Great breakfast included.

Gardenstaff can be noisy.

I like the location, Staff and plenty of space to play and walk around. Considering the price I think its the best place to stay

Room TV network is not ok even it's bad. cannot watch anything. Very less Channel and that too no good connection always stop or hang.

The staff were very friendly. The facilities are the best for this value - they got a swimming pool, other free activities to do like riding bicycles and kayak. You also got free breakfast! Recommended.

Location. I guess you need to have a private vehicle to come here.

Huge comfortable room, lovely surroundings and great for walking around the gardens. Cheap and delicious food available at restaurant. Staff are friendly and helpful, we felt very welcome
