The stay was just perfect, even though the villas are bit higher on price, the management made sure that I get an upgrade which was worth the stay. Mr.Dilip who is the manger made sure that excellent hospitality is provided by the hotel. Surely visiting again❤️

This resort with private villas arranged around a water park area is a jewel in the middle of the Saudi Arabian desert. We are a family of 4 travelling north from Riyadh to Al-Ula by car and stopped by at this resort. We were very warmly welcomed by the resort manager Mouafk Saleh who also organized us a visit to a private museum nearby and helped us around. The villa is large with a private patio, kitchen, large bedrooms with comfortable beds, and the highlight of course is the indoor swimming pool, which the girls liked a lot. The breakfast and evening dinners are excellent. There is a children's playground and our girls also rented bikes to cycle around the park. The location is perfect to rest, super quiet and lovely people take care! Thank you again so much.

Sometimes the door of the private parking lot did not open easily, and the sliding window doors to the patio need a bit of skill to open. Overall, it's an amazing place compared to other locations in Saudi Arabia, not only because it has a Swiss name!

Hotel landscaping and environment is very good and only missing part is to provide temperature control water pools in order to use the facilities. 100%, as kids didn't use the pool because of cold water in the pool

Breakfast is good, but need to follow 4star hotel facilities in order to comply the requirements by providing more verities of foods like buffet including soup and curry's as well

The Villa especially 119 It was amazing and exceptional. I got promoted to this 2 bedroom Villa 119 and I reserved only 1 bedroom Villa, so that was really great and nice from the management. Thanks a lot It's a very Quiet place and comfortable.

Actually the food can be a bit better by giving more variety to it.

Bathroom smell TV need maintenance and variety of channels Resturant is very small specially if the resort is full need more facilities and entertainment for adults ex… boat in the lake ,ducks, water park , animation team , make safari trips…….

Very nice and quiet place and friendly welcoming staff, great facilities and a very clean place. Good for families. The Manager Managar and the receptionist Abdullah where very welcoming and helpful

service was mediocre. for a place that calls Swiss ‘International’ no one spoke English. kitchen was a parsley equipped. cooking range did not work. Disposable amenities and toiletries were bare minimum.

the house was child friendly and comfortable service was great , staff was amazing

more outdoor activity specially for children at the park but I cannot say it’s a dislike , it’s more of a nice addition
