The grand welcome with Tutari and Dholak created an unforgettable first impression, setting the tone for a memorable experience. The food was simply outstanding—whether it was the traditional Maharashtrian dishes like Zunka Bhakar, the wide range of non-veg options, or the evening dinners with live music and Lavni performances. A special thanks to Sumit Ranjan for his excellent food service, ensuring every meal was delightful. The activities were engaging and fun. We truly enjoyed pottery, painting, archery, shooting, and the heritage museum tour, which gave us a glimpse into the rich history of the fort. The morning trek was refreshing and gave us a chance to connect with nature. Our room was comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully designed, blending heritage with modern amenities like centralized AC, toiletries, hair dryer, and even an ironing stand. We want to sincerely appreciate the staff—Vijay Gaikwad and Shiv Kumar—for going above and beyond to make our stay special. They not only guided us through the farm and shared fresh vegetables, tamarind, and custard apples, but also made us feel truly at home with their kindness and warmth. Their personal touch added immense value to our experience. Overall, our stay at JadhavGad was a perfect mix of culture, relaxation, and royal hospitality. We left with wonderful memories, fresh farm produce, and a strong desire to visit again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a heritage getaway near Pune

Everything was good so no complain

I liked the environment and the staff discipline. The nature around is mesmerising. The fort is excellent. The entire experience was memorable. I would highly recommend this place for its uniqueness.

I was travelling with my 84-year-old mother. The property is not senior citizen friendly. I believe there is new lift, which is going to start soon, however, moving around the area is also not feasible for the elderly. They then remain room bound. Having said that, the staff was very helpful. They lifted her in a doli and car was allowed to be brought as close as possible. Thankful for that.

Liked the ambience and the property in general. The front desk manager Abhishek Bhoyar was exceptionally brilliant and took good care of us. Thanks Abhishek for making us feel at home away from home.

The entire property is well maintained. The staff is attired in traditional maharashtrian outfit. The tour of the fort was an excellent opportunity to witness the heritage. The food was good and there is a good variety of Indian and continental options to choose from. There are a lot of options available as activities. This ensures that guests across ages have a lot to do.

The room could have been more spacious. Actually when I booked I had considered the room size to be sufficient for 3 persons however they added an extra bed which made the room cramped. The check in and checkout times do not help. The hotel is rigid about the timings and not ready to compromise.

JadhavGadh, Fort-turned-resort and museum, situated just 45 minutes drive from south of Pune - is a unique, must visit place. Located in the hills of Saswad, off Dive Ghat, near Mastani Lake, it is a 300+ year old fort which has been lovingly and meticulously restored, and made amenable to those who explore as well as who love their comfort. Accommodation: consists of tents, wooden rooms and fort rooms. Tents are well designed, but the most basic stay. Wooden rooms are well-made, with inbuilt air-conditioning and washrooms - but situated near Segway activity area as well as organic farms, hence in a bit noisy. Both of these are a bit far from the fort, needing a trek to enjoy the dining and other facilities in the fort. The rooms in the fort - Kholis, Monsoon rooms, Suites - Maharaja, Maharani and Museum - are tastefully decorated, with good design inside, always freshly painted and have excellent and comfortable furnishing. Even the bath areas are huge, with good provisioning of hot water. Restaurants: The buffet restaurant "Payatha" and a la carte restaurant "Chajja" are both great with their own USPs. - Payatha serves excellent breakfast, lunch and dinner, and also host lavani and other performance arts on Fridays to Sundays in the evening. The freshly on-the-spot cooked food, tea and filter coffee of Payatha are excellent. - Chajja's USP lies in the unique combination of food and drinks, both traditional Maharashtrian as well as continental. They have an excellent collection of wines and cocktails. It has a relaxed preparation and serving time, so recommend eating at a leisurely pace. If possible, do try the balcony seating overlooking the valley - it's an unique experience. All of these unique experiences, and especially the amazing service, make this Fort a place worth visiting!

The place was magical. The staff was very helping and welcoming.They made sure our stay was great...Great place to be with your family away from city ka shoor....

Everything was perfect

We really enjoyed our stay. We chose the tent initially but due to a long walk from there to anywhere for my mom, we had to shift to the main rooms in the fort and everything was very smoothly handled by the staff. The food was really good too.

Location is pretty good

Lady staff were serving beers warning nauvari saree , it was quite disturbing to look at, felt like an insult of Maharashtrian culture. I request you to change it if possible. I am not against serving alcohol but at least why to make a drama with made them wear nauvari so that we can feel like we are actually on fort.

It was too costly Also per day 16250 cost was too much......

Everything was nice especially entry Door closing and opening was surprise to me

Overall the property was very well created & maintained. gives one a heritage feel. Loved the room size, guests feel Royal. activities were well designed super idea of the Museum & the body temperature pool.

The food was good as per the location though the quality could have been better.
