Location (villa is a 25-minute walk from the bus/train station. You also have a bus that stops in front of the CUNGU store right outside the stations which are next door to each other. You should get off at the stop in front of the Topolica Sports Hall, which is 2 minutes away). Nice beaches and restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. Very helpful staff answering questions and giving suggestions. The manager was very warm and kind, and even gave me a bit of milk and sugar for my tea. You can also hire bikes, and beach equipment from them like sun beds, umbrellas, towels. Breakfast can be purchased too. I was on the second floor but staff helped carry my suitcase without me even asking which was appreciated. Property was relatively new so looked fresh and decor was very nice.

No big towel, only several small ones which wasn’t the end of the world.

The place is nice and clean, and the location is great. The sea front is a short walk away. The host was great and helped me carry my suitcase to the top floor. Don't trust google maps though if you are driving there, beacuse they want to lead you via a closed road near car repair shops. Just take the road that looks like a normal road :)

Soundproofing isnt perfect like almost everywhere, but there is a no-noise policy for night hours so really nothing bothered me

We were only at Villa Kovacevic for one night, but it was long enough for us to get a good impression of the place. We arrived early on the overnight train from Belgrade, but fortunately our room was ready and the owners were happy for us to check in straight away. The room was comfortable, with a nice balcony to sit out on. We had a fridge, and there’s a useable kitchen which is shared between the four rooms if you want to prepare your own food. The staff were friendly - we rented bicycles from them to ride to the old town, and they arranged a taxi for our onward journey when we checked out. Great value for money too.

Nice location close to the main town of Bar with lots of shops and restaurants around and a short walk to most places in town. Close to the bus stop too to go to the bus/train station or the old town. Room was quite big and comfortable too, bathroom was well equipped. Staff easy to contact over whatsapp as they weren't there for winter season.

Nothing major but couldn't pay by card when advertised, would have been great to be told earlier.

It was a one night stay and we the found the apartment ready for us, and clean. We arrived very late at night, the hot shower was not available, but the management did say it water is powered by solar, in the morning the hot shower was available. There was parking available within the compound.

There are two parking options – paid and free. We chose the paid one because the video surveillance was important to us, and the price was reasonable. Cleanliness and staff friendliness were excellent. The location is great, just a few minutes from the town center and the beach. The shared kitchen is easily accessible and has all necessary appliances, plus there’s a fridge in the room.

Hosts are the best, answered most of our questions within minutes, all the team was super nice and friendly. The location is excellent--we walked to the beach for dinner every night and loved the boardwalk. The old town of Bar is farther away, but definitely recommend visiting there for a few hours.

Room was very good, spacious, clean and had a fridge. The staff were really lovely, we arrived a little early but they got the room ready for us and we were happy to wait and relax on the terrace for a bit. The communal terrace was really nice to sit and have lunch on. It's about an easy 20 minute walk to the old town, not a problem for us but if you're less mobile may be something to consider.

The shared bathroom was spotless but it was very small, the shower was extremely small and difficult to wash in properly and also flooded which meant the water going by the toilet and toilet brush. As I say it was spotlessly clean (actually cleaned twice a day) so that was fine but if you are a larger person you may find it difficult to use the shower.

Very welcoming, the man that greeted us was new there but tried very hard and was quite nice. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well, the shower head holder was broken so you couldn’t rest the shower head in it properly which made it quite hard to shower properly but besides that it was a good stay. The location was good, not super close to town or the beach but close enough still to walk.

Very responsive and kind hosts. Delicious breakfast - freshly cooked to order. They helpfully called a taxi for us and let us leave our bags after check out. Clean, brilliant value for money, secluded location while conveniently positioned to explore Bar. Our stay was relaxing and unfussy - would recommend.
