Clean and well-mannered, Ofuru really can relax my mind after business.

when I turn on the faucet, there’s some voice came from the ceiling of toilet, it sounds like booster pump, I try to figure out the reason several midnights.

Hotel is totally aimed at Japanese businessmen and this seems to be their main clientele but were very accommodating to our small family. Exceptionally clean and excellent facilities, probably the highest level of attention to detail inside the rooms and quality of finish I have ever seen inside a hotel in Thailand. The facilities are excellent, the roof top pool is excellent although a little quite. The spa facilities are identical to those Ive used in Japan before which is great to see. However Sauna only open 16:00-22:00 which is fair. Special shout out to staff member TEN for his efforts and hospitality, thank you

Not many staff around upon my initial arrival to the hotel at 6pm, literally a single guy manning the reception, no one to assist with bags initially.

The hotel have good size parking and good location for Amata. Rooms are ok and clean and good size. The breakfast buffet very OK.

Staff for breakfast could be friendlier. Not the usual big smiles for Thailand. I have been staying over the last few years in there and the prices have gone up significantly.

Price and quietness during new year holiday! I understand that this is a business hotel in an industrial area so it's good for me to stay there during weekend. I like the Japanese vibes from the restaurant, onsen and related facilities.

Cleanliness. I found a lipstick stain on a coffee cup I took during breakfast. I bare with it so not a big deal!

everything what I could imagine for breakfast was avialable. large space and good presentation. fresh fruit, european bread. coffee for take away free of charge

a little bit more clear information, where to find continental items. One more coffee machine, sometimes we have had a queue.

Nice and clean facilities. Breakfast is a little pricey, however, if consider Japanese standard, it is excellent. Staffs are very nice. Location is in industry park, excellent if you have business in the area, quite far away from tourist area. Private transportation is a must. There are banks and hypermarket nearby.

Shout out to the staff at the front desk who helped with my request - all of them were very accommodating, including the manager. Breakfast was on point too, although I wasn’t expecting much!

Breakfast was excellent! The room and all the amenities were top notch. Bed was so comfortable! The wellness/sauna area on the top floor was a bit small for such a large hotel, but since it was mostly empty, I used the sauna and steam room often. Nothing to comlain really. Special thanks to Ice and Yim from the reception.

Everything was perfect!

Very convenient and closeby to Amata. Breakfast was superb, rooms are very well equipped and silent despite being on one main road. Facilities also great, I enjoy coming back and back...
