Stayed for 3 nights with family. I had booked the Superior King Suite. Just loved every step, right from booking experience till check out. I must say these guys gave us the best hospitality possible. The property is very well maintained, clean and hygienic. Pretty close to many tourist places. Their humility and humanity was what touched my heart. Very rare to come across such graceful people, both owner and care taker. I would recommend anyone visiting Guwahati to just come and experience this place.

The property is just exactly the same as it is shown in pictures. Very neat and clean. Very homely. The owner of the house is very warm and welcoming. The manager Santosh is star of the show. Always extends his hand when in need a d so well behaved. Never says no. Food was customised exactly to our liking and needs. Must stay there

It was a pleasant experience. The room, the facilities were all good and it was worth the money. The staff and the host were really good too. Went with family and they liked it as well.

Well there isn't anything not to like. The only thing that might be a problem for senior or differently abled people are the stairs. There are no lifts. That's all.

Cupboards feel dated, some parts of the property are a bit dusty due to all the construction activity around Guwahati

Friendly staff, classy guestroom, clean & unique. a good stay in the hotel as the staff service is very responsive The room cleanliness is notable with high score .Comfy bed with two choice of pillows. overall a great experience ,nice location , good for family and business/leisure trip stay .

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was not included, however breakfast was available at a charge. The service was highly efficient, the staff was courteous with smiling faces, breakfast was good, they were always available to assist whenever required, very helpful in case we required any information. Special requests were catered to very positively and with utmost efficiency. The location was a few kilometres away from the main market areas, however it was convenient to commute to various parts of the city at ease since the location was on the main road. Special thanks to Ricky and Deepak for making our stay so comfortable :)

No drawbacks as such. Just one thing to mention is that the accommodation did not have an elevator. But, it didn't really matter so much as it's just 2 floors, with easy accessibility.

Palm suites l felt like a natural home away from home. I was so impressed with the level of comfort and attention to detail. My stay was perfect.Good and delicious food , comfy beds and peaceful stay
