Everything, starting from greeting at arrival in reception till checkout ! Mr Rahul was excellent in attending to our requests, be it room service or getting one of our electric equipment repaired as it was very essential for our parents..all staff were excellent and service oriented.. Pool was nice ,but spa was not yet operational Rooms were Clean n tidy! Overall a nice stay! Definitely recommend 👍

Nothing as such ,but a small suggestion.. please consider to keep shower cap Also, in the room ,there is no guide on how to connect wifi ..instead of voucher code daily , you may consider to have a password for convenience.. It's better to have insect repellent in the corridors as there are lots of insects /enter room as soon as door is opened.

Property is located very close to the airport and on the outskirts of Shivamogga town, making it a serene & calm getaway, but not far away from the sightseeing places. Property is just two years old and is very well maintained. The facilities are well maintained, and the resort is spick and span. - Swimming pool is large and very clean - Gym, children's play area and indoor games are adequate and well maintained - Huge lawn and spacious restaurant - Plenty of space to walk around and relax The staff is very very hospitable, and always trying to go the extra mile to serve the guests. They go to such lengths just to make guests feel comfortable, and always have a welcome smile irrespective of the time of the day or night. The food is very tasty and the variety is superb. Breakfast has multiple options - North Indian, South Indian and Continental. The lunch and dinner options are also awesome. The check-in and check-out experience is smooth and hassle-free Rooms are amazing - i would highly recommend taking the cottage suites. The size of the rooms, available facilities and the upkeep is fantastic. Overall, this place is superb and the ideal resort for families. Food is rich and can be a bit oily after a couple of days, but this was also resolved when we requested for less oil and spice. So, absolutely no complaints. Please keep up the good work.

This is one of the best resorts I've ever stayed at.Location:superb for visiting[with a car] Jog falls,Bhadra dam and backwatersand many heritage temples nearby.The manager,Mr.NixonFurtado is really hands on on.Housekeeping is superb as is the food and service at th restaurant.The bar has a great ambience and a good choice of drinks.Swimming pool and surrounds are lovely.The photos they show do not do it justice,the place is far prettier!I am disabled but the staff saw to my every comfort.I cannot recommend this place highly enough.Thank you for everything and for making our trip truly memorableAlthough we have now seen all there is to see,we'll be back just for the resort!

there is really no room for improvement!

Resort location is good and so are the rooms, stayed in family cottage, bedroom has AC but living rooms doesn't have AC ,management should consider puttting AC in living room too as summer in shimoga is bad, bathroom was clean and tidy with decent accessories, food is good, but go for Ala Carta as buffet is a total rip off with no varieties at all and buffet spread is mediocre, staff are good and well behaved

House keeping is bad, they all are new and no one seems to supervise them, had to remind them many a times , like extra bed came without a pillow, we were asked to adjust with that ( come on we paid for that extra bed) then he said blanket cannot be given for extra bed, how is one supposed to sleep then? Called manager and he set things right, on last day house keeping forgot to replace the toiletries, and didn't clean the bathroom, serious thought should be given about house keeping and no one picks up phone at house keeping got to call front office everytime

Execellent location. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city but still in close vicinity to main spots in Shimoga. The rooms are great with ample parking space inside and outside the premises. The pool and play area are great for families with kids. Buffet breakfast options and taste is very good.

Wifi was horrible. Not worth for a work-cation plan. In-house dining price is on the higher side.

The resort was beautiful with lined trees and a huge swimming pool. The rooms are quite spacious and the washroom was quite modern. They have a good gym and loads of games like TT, pool and foosball.

Nothing much to complain about. The only nit picking I would say is the Samsung AC which shows the room temperature for some reason.

Amazing hotel, great value for money. Maybe there isn't as much to do in the surroundings (as tourists) but it offered a nice break during our trip and we thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool and dinner.

As with many other places, music is often too loud and not matching a relaxed dinner vibe 😌

Ambience is too gud. Located in very serene atmosphere. V stayed at the cottage. The buggi service during this monsoon season helped. Very well maintained. Staff were courteous who attended our calls & requirement. Complementary breakfast was delicious.

The stay was amazing, it a great stay away for weekend with friends and family. It take you to a nature vibe, ambience, rooms, everything is 9/10.
