We had a great stay! The apartment was easy to find and check-in was smooth — we located the place right away without any issues. The apartment itself was surprisingly spacious and reasonably furnished. It was clean, well-maintained, and felt comfortable throughout our stay. The kitchen could have been a bit better equipped, but that’s really the only small downside. One of the highlights was the sea view from our room — a lovely bonus! The beach is just a short walk away, which made it even better. All in all, a very pleasant experience. It had everything we needed for a few relaxing days on the road. Would definitely recommend!

The only downside was the kitchen — it could use a bit more cookware and utensils. Just a few extra basics would make it more convenient for guests who want to prepare meals.

We loved our stay in Quy Nhon, and a huge part of that was our lovely apartment. The location is exceptional right on the beach, a short walk from a WinMart+ and an amazing coffee shop a few mins from the doorstep (Adiuvat!). There is also a great Dim Sum place next door which we loved. The room was clean and spacious, with a kitchen sufficient to do breakfast and a basic meal using one pot. It was a peaceful stay and we slept very well. The city view presented an interesting landscape which we enjoyed probably as much as the sea view. The landlord is super nice and always available to help when needed, especially as we turned up a day earlier than our booking and he kindly accommodated us! The reception staff also brilliant. We used the 5 star hotel within the same building including it’s fitness centre, and rooftop bar for drinks and dinner which was perfect! Highly recommend TMS for your stay in Quy Nhon! :)

Nothing bad to mention, just to note that the fitness centre and pool are located in the hotel within the same building and are an additional cost (not included in the room). This was only 250k each, around £8.33 GBP to use both gym and pool, with a great sea view from the 3rd floor.

The property’s owner should make clear sea view or no sea view, I saw the photos that they posted on booking are almost sea view, but when I checked in I found that was not true as the photos on booking.com as I expected the room would be the same with photos. The pillows are so high. The room is clean, we feel comfortable in bed. Not enough kitchen equipment and looks not tidy, we didn’t use the kitchen as they don’t equip enough. The owner is nice and polite.

The apartment was spacious and the balcony had a beautiful view of the sea even though it was raining that day. The staff spoke good English. I could easily walk to the beach which was only 1 minute away. The room was soundproof so I slept very well. I will come back one day.

I checked in exactly as described on Booking, the room was clean and tidy, with 2 large beds even though I was only traveling with 2 people. The balcony is special, because it faces directly to the sea and has tables and chairs. I really liked the host's welcome, he was very polite and thoughtful. The beach is close to where you live and you can swim. Next time I come to Quy Nhon, I will still choose here.

- The building in located nearby many seafood restaurants, cafes and minishops as well. - Nicely designed apartment with aircon and good shower. Washing machine is provided although we did not use it. - Supportive owner who sends us a list of recommended places for food and entertainment.

everything is fine! the location is excellent, near the beach, shops and a bunch of cafes (I recommend mixue - ice cream 😊) What you see in the photo is what will be in the apartment. The owner is always available to help with issues.

Great location and host.

Towels were old and need to be replaced with newer ones. Elevators cannot be accessed to the floor using the key card afterhours and needed security to help with elevator access to the floor.

Wonderful location! Spacious, clean and comfortable. Our host was very gracious and helpful, particularly organising a taxi at 4am for us. Highly recommend.
