I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Orienta Hotel Gyumri, and I was very impressed. The hotel is located in a central location, close to many of Gyumri's attractions. It is also very clean and well-maintained. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed and a private bathroom. The shower had excellent water pressure, which was a great way to start or end my day. The staff at the Orienta Hotel were also very friendly and helpful. They were always willing to go the extra mile to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. The breakfast at the hotel was also very good. There was a wide variety of food to choose from, including eggs, cereal, and fruit. I was especially impressed with the coffee, which was some of the best I've had in a hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay in Gyumri.

We really liked this hotel. The room was very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The bed and pillows are comfortable and sheets are clean.The shower is great, except the water doesn't drain very quickly. The room is very quiet. Breakfast is amazing with Americano coffee or tea, eggs, fruit, bread, cheese, meats, yogurt. Air conditioning works well, we didn't use the wifi. The location is good. A 12-15 minute walk to the main square and for us, it was a pleasant walk. It is a really good value especially with the breakfast.

Great, comfortable, and clean stay. Was really able to "rest". All amenities were available and executed with great quality. Heated floors!

Breakfast is the only weak spot here, could be of much higher quality. And doors of ther ooms and bathrooms throughout the hotel shut close with a very loud bang, that can be improved as well. Even so, would recommend staying here.

Beautiful, new, clean hotel. Snow-white bed linen, bathrobes, slippers. Am I back in America?! Isn't that all there is in the hotel in Gyumri! Children friendly! It is very important, there is a lift to lift the stroller up to the floors. Mini bar with a variety of drinks. Valet parking. The huge table with food for breakfast surprised us. I am ready to return to this hotel again without thinking!

Absolutely loved my time at the Orienta Hotel! The rooms are clean and modern with all the amenities, the location is fantastic and walkable, the cafe downstairs is delicious (complementary breakfast was too good!), and the staff are extremely kind and accommodating. It has all you'd need for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Will definitely recommend to others and stay here next time I'm in Gyumri!

Nothing. The hotel exceeded my expectations.

We booked two nights here but due to booking errors on our end, we only stayed one. This hotel is in a convenient location in gyumri, especially if you're driving and don't want to deal with the chaos of the roundabouts/parking in the center of town - you can leave it by the hotel and easily walk. Breakfast was convenient and rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were incredibly kind.

All the hardwares for this small hotel are good, you have everything you need for this standard of hotel rooms. The breakfast at the Bistro nearby was good. They offered also good dinner.

The reception could not speak good English that's why there were some misunderstanding regarding dinner and payment and the invoice. But it was ok for only a short stay.
