Nice architecture. Nice place to stay. Can spend a full day in resort itself.

Night dinner buffet was costly-700 per person. Kids free. Dinner not worth.

Excellent structures aesthetically designed and immensely sculptured. Nice ambiance with Palatial experience. Cot is extremely good and comfortable to mention.

Very remote, disheartening to see team with lack of training right from receiving guests at reception. Seems they do not realize value of guests, very lethargic attitude, Food variety was very minimal and average, completely cold & dried. Surprisingly, they denied entry of guests into Swimming pool in spite of requests by guests,.

Property is really good and clean.

Connecting road is pathetic It does not have any facilities which any resort would offer.

The property location and amenities were great. The ambience wad good. A good place to enjoy.

The service was poor. Lack of coordination among workers. Staff personnel were inadequately trained to handle large people. Also the management allows visitors apart from in house stay people, which irritates the inmates as there is no privacy.

Nothing to be described everything seemed to be fancy but not all worth it.

Worse service provided by AR thanga kottai. No proper staff management, service was poor, rooms were not clean even after complaining about the smell from the washroom. We booked a villa none of them had locks to room which didn't provide us the privacy for couples. The AC and tv remote were not kept in rooms. When asked for it the tv remote was given but we didn't receive the tv remote till 10pm in the night. We took 1 separate room near the mountain view The room was stinking we complained about the replacement but they didn't do a replacement saying all 105 rooms were booked but most of them were empty. And we had to return the key to them and get an extra bed to stay in the villa itself. Even if asked for water they took 2-3hours to give. Room service people don't pick the call when required. On the second day we asked for a water bottle and they asked us to pay. And nobody arrived to ask for a cleaning room for the 2nd day and no towels were given. Complete disaster. Since they have visitors to the place. We need not have space to enjoy it It was always them. We couldn't even use the swimming pool.it was flooded with visitors. Overall a very bad experience. Food was another level of disaster everything tasted worse. Idli n dosa were served half boil. The batter seemed spoiled. Completely very unsatisfied stay ever. Everything seems to be fancy but not worth a single penny.

More than resort, extremely disappointed with booking.com. Don't they do any check or validation themselves before listing a property on their website and making a fool out of its customers? The resort is 3 months old, charges a bombshell like 5 star hotels, can accommodate upto 500 guests but has 1 kitchen and less than 100 staff overall handling it. The owner/ceo/manager is no where to be seen and the guests are treated very badly. There is food shortage in every meal. The resort is very secluded with no food options outside. Nearest food availability outside resort is 5km away through muddy, dark lanes. There is scarcity of staff and the staff also complained that they are treated badly by Hotel Owner/management. The little staff available is trying their best but no resources/support provided to them. Anytime you call reception, housekeeping, room service through intercom no one picks up the phone, ever. No complain on the in-house staff but 100% responsibility and fault is of the property's CEO or Owner who has opened a money making business and not even bothered to see how guests, his in house employees etc are treated. The owner is allowing visitors from outside by charging 350rs. who come in and create a menace and trouble the in house guests. Staff can't control it as they are less in numbers and the these visitors are more than triple in numbers. Basically if you want to ruin your vacation you can book this mess. I request Booking.com to please validate the property and remove it from their website.

Amenities.. not maintained well..no hair dryer,geyser was not working,muddish coloured water in the bathroom due to rain in the costliest which I stayed ..worst ever in my life..Hope the owner sees this review and manage the property..
