Some good staff and breakfast. Good room service. Good and helpful travel desk.

Should offer more complementary water for a suit . Also I had confirmed booking for 4 of us but they insisted that it was for 3 and asked for extra payment . Finally upon showing them the record they agreed. They said it’s fault of booking dot com. I don’t agree. They have balcony lights centrally controlled so it wasn’t appropriate for a peaceful sleep. Should have staked mini bar with some drinks and snacks for kids. Should proved more towels for a suit room of 4. They should also keep sanitary napkins for emergency or could arrange one when needed.

It's located on the highway but it's calm as it doesn't have a running traffic.They do have open parking as well as basement parking. We had a river facing room which was quite spacious and comfortable. Their speciality is South Indian food. Must try is dahi wada or thaiyr wada, rasam vada and dosa platter. Either one should just fill you to the brim. In room facilities are great.

Communication gap between staff needs to be improved. It leads to unpleasant experience They missed simple things which does not need to reiterated.

New hotel so all is clean and fresh. Staff are very helpful and pleasant. Dinesh made sure our bags were safe when we left them there to see the Statue of Unity. Pranjal in the restaurant was excellent and had great knowledge of the food on offer. Suraj and Aniket made the resultant work well and Rajendra the chef, cooked some great food, including veg galouti kebab, paneer butter masala, and the delicious saffron special veg. Well done to all the staff.

Staff madam Nidhi & Shryas is very slow , after my calling from room that I am checking out they taken more than half an hour to bring my luggage , I have wait for long time for that, even after requested they don't bother to call the boy to bring down my luggage. It should be reviewed seriously.

The staff of f restaurants was very nice , and food was very delicious & tasty.

Breakfast is Good Staff is Co operating and helping for servicing Food Items , drinking Water and Tea & Coffee one suggession for breakfast for Walking Customer you can take price maximum Rs.350 including Gst Tax Rs.600 Plus Gst to much for walking Customers.

Location, ambience. Breakfast menu was nice and tasty. Clean restaurant.

R No 107, toilet block was smelling badly, smell may be from traps. Even though exhaust fan was continuously on, the stain did not disappear.

Cleanliness and tidiness of the rooms and hotel overall was excellent. Ready to help and courteous staff. Family enjoyed the stay. Would like to visit again.

This is an amazing property. Located at the Highway, with multiple restaurants for food options downstairs. The hotel staff is great and very cooperative. Also, the breakfast was at Sankalp which was very fresh and delicious. The rooms are clean, spacious and well equipped with all amenities.

Hotel location was good. Staff was very courteous and helpful Restaurant food was also very good. Buffet spread was awesome. Only issue is on ala carte only South Indian foods were available but it was great

New establishment - neat and tidy Has food court option just below the hotel - which is great value for money and lots of choices

Do not have hand shower option - they need to consider kids (we had to ask for buckets in the absence of hand shower)
