The food was very good, a lot of variety to choose and at the same time the taste was excellent. The non veg menu will keep the taste buds alive for many hours. The room service was very good, cooperative staff , polite behavior, and prompt response.

The check-in and check out timings. 1.00 at noon is too late to check in. The timing should be friendly with the incoming of train facilities.

Excellent location, Very good rooms, facilities and a very good onsite Sankalp restaurant. Staff are very good too. If you are looking at this hotel then you might be wanting to visit the Statue of Unity in which case, you cannot stay at a better location than this hotel. It's literally at the doorsteps of where the SOU premises begin. From here on only the authorised SOU transport can ferry you in.

I hated the 10 AM check out policy.

We travelled all the way from Bengaluru, Karnataka by our own car to the world famous STATUE OF UNITY. To our pleasant surprise, THE Location of the Hotel RAMADA ENCORE by Wyndham is excellent as the Statue of Unity and all other places of Attraction for tourists is very nearby. Although rates are a bit on the higher side for the room size they provide. They have maintained Clean bathrooms and stay was good. Hoping they will continue to do so as we can definitely recommend this Hotel for stay to our family and friends.

ROOM RATES/ charges/ day are bit on the higher side. The check-in and check-out formalities can be improved as they take longer time.

Distance from the bus starting point is almost NIL, making it very convenient. 6. Breakfast spread is awesome! Overall a very good property. Although, I found it little expensive but I guess that is the premium you pay for getting awesome quality of stay! Had a lovely time there. Thanks Ramada!

Everything was joyful and sincere appreciation for making feel comfortable

Ramada encore did everything to make our stay comfortable..just a small thing..for the sankalp restaurant when it's buffet they offer excellent spread n freshly made tasty food but if we want to go for ala carte the single option dishes seem expensive to order..if possible for budget n econo or small portion eaters can it be possible to have small mini combos with affordable rates?

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was nice and so was the kids arena.

The room can get a bit of makeover or renovation. The hotel menu can be expanded to include more vegetable options.. The options seems to be a bit limited.

Breakfast options were lovely. The food was delicious and a great way to start the day. The restaurant staff were all very delightful, accommodating and paid attention to each and every wish of ours. We had a great time.

Good location and staff. Decent food but a bit expensive considering the location. Hotel has a nice outdoor swimming pool with excellent view of the river and ganga arti section.

Food prices a bit expensive, no games zone, only swimming pool and gym

Location of the hotel is perfect, near to Ekta nagar, right opposite to Ekta Mall and main thing is 2 min walk from the bus stop for SoU, cant get a better location. Hotel is very well maintained, very clean and neat. Staff is polite as well. Swimming is also nice and big, a small children's play area. Food quality was ok not that great, although spread was very good, think this is the only area they can do some improvement.

Quality of food in terms of taste can a bit better.

There isn't anything to dislike about this property. It was spec clean, beautiful pool area, great river view, extremely friendly and helpful staff. The food was amazing and the hospitality was top notch. I would highly recommend it.
