Check-in staff very helpful. They either know English or can use an online translator to communicate. They allowed me to have a meeting in their restaurant room. They have a very good Internet connection. Android TV with most of the apps you'd want. Reversible air conditioning. Very good continental breakfast.

Small bathroom sink and tight space around it. Shower water can sometimes lose almost all pressure. Isolated in a residential neighborhood, safe but with Soviet-style apartment blocks. And no view from the hotel room to speak of. It is better to have your reservation printed on paper, and it may also help if it is in Russian.

The hotel was very clean, the room was large, the bed was comfortable, Breakfast was varied and good . and the staff were wonderful. The hotel is close to services, you can walk on foot.

There is no payment by card . When I copy the hotel location from booking, the location was wrong and not appear correctly and accurate for me.

Location was convenient. It’s close to the rail station as I traveled by train. A spacious room and a comfortable bed. Free bottle of water was provided every day. There was a kettle in the room. The hotel personnel at the reception and the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. I appreciate the personnel who was so kind to meet my request to cook a rice and boil eggs for my breakfast as I was on a special diet.

Nothing to say

The staff was friend. When we missed breakfast, the lady at reception suggested we go down and they will make eggs, sausages and bread for us, even offered yogurt and fruits. The place was comfortable. Convenient location. 24/7 front desk.

The room was quite small. No bar fridge for drinks.

Totally cold breakfast, no attention to clients at breakfast. No chance for vegetarians. Lack of air in the room, window looks at the neigbour roof, TV set is not working despite Wifi connection. Hand-driven management. Whatever you want, you should call the staff, feel totally dependent. While some staff tried to help (reception), others were not motivated and indifferent.
