The layout of the property, location, staff, room size, evenings and food everything was just perfect. that side of Havelock is the best to stay in. everything is 5-10 mins around. the beach is so serene that if you want to just relax then u may not need to leave the hotel too.

I would like the resort to pay a little more attention the bathrooms. upgrade is needed. Appropriate Wifi connectivity is needed as there is not proper cellular connectivity available in Havelock so a good wifi in the resort will allow guests to be better connected. it was a major nightmare for us as we both use Vodafone and that doesnt work on havelock

lovely property. food was good, mostly south Indian staff was very friendly and efficient. I had room cleaning everyday. massages were very good. I had a Thai massage everyday, followed by a sauna. being on the east side of havelock it is good for sunsets and moonrises. this is mostly a family and couples resort.

the wifi in the room was unreliable. sitting outside or in dining hall and lobby was better. not the fault of the resort but the beach on either side of the resort is heavily littered. the resort cleans its own beach but the government does not clean the beach anywhere. the problem is it faces the Andaman sea and plastic and everything else washes up from Thailand, Malaysia and Myanmar. the west side of the island does not have this problem. it is not an issue if you don't walk on the beach. the staff in the dining hall could have done a better job busing tables and they could have swept the floor more often.

Overall a wonderful experience. It was our 28th wedding anniversary. 1. Our room was excellent. Large, spacious and elegant 2. Property very well maintained ..loved the landscaping. 3. Staff attitude remarkable. Special mention about Suman at the restaurant who took special care of us. He was very helpful and explained to us in detail on areas to visit. He is very well mannered and polite and has exemplary guest relation skills. 4. Arrangement for our candlelight dinner under the full moon on the beach by the hotel. We loved it. 5. The music band ( the two lady singers) were very good and sang very good numbers. 6. We enjoyed the cocktails at the bar.

1. The internet is an issue. During Checkin my Credit card transaction was not going thru as the network was slow. It was a big amount and luckily I had funds in my UPI account ...not a good experience while checking in after a long flight from Delhi starting the previous night and a ferry ride to Havelock. You must ensure Check in is smooth.

Amazing location, private clean, well maintained beach

Food variety is limited, portion is huge and so is the pricing. They need to reduce the portions and the cost accordingly, otherwise, there is significant wastage, there is no half plate option either. Wifi is not available in the rooms, outdoor as well it is extremely poor, you have to rely on your own mobile data network.

probably the best private beach in Andaman! Most other private beaches have corals/rocky. this one has pristine silver sand

The washrooms seemed below par, the rooms were average. ala carte food is fine but bulk buffet seems very ordinary in taste. Hygiene needs to be looked into. There was a dustbin with filth just below soup /tea coffee counter.

The location and the private beach property is just too good! they are super mindful of the cleanliness of the beach which belongs to the resort area, and there enough swings to keep guests entertained! I just love the hammocks, but I think they can add a few more of them near the beach area. The pool area is awesome too, honestly it’s quite huge! The rooms are spacious and well equipped with Jaccuzzi, hot shower etc,. The staff is very cordial and happy to help you, food is delicious and well cooked!

They can work on to flex the check-in/out and breakfast buffet timing. Closing the B/f buffet by 9:30am is a little too soon, also checking out at 9:00am is also pretty early. The food and drinks are a bit overpriced and they must let the guests consume their own liquor in the common areas like near the beach loungers, near live singing section etc,. The liquor is anyway too expensive in A&N as compared to Delhi- so it’s advisable to carry your stock.

Breakfast is good, room service fast. First time a coconut falls on your tin roof, dont be alarmed, now you know what it is when you hear something like a bomb exploding outside. Beach is private, food is good.

Fabulous location. Right by the beach, a perfect spot to catch the sunrise. We loved the relaxed and laid-back vibe of the place. The facilities are great, the staff is warm and helpful and the food is fairly good too. The breakfast, though having a limited spread (by five-star standards), is quite tasty. Would recommend this place for a laid-back, relaxing vacation.

I wish the breakfast spread was a bit wider or at least included some cold cuts/ meat. My go-to breakfast – cheese-stuffed omelet – was sadly, not on the menu. Settled for eggs easy over instead. Oh well, you can't have it all I guess :-)

Great location. We literally walked across from the airport. The place is clean, well-kept and the staff are warm and welcoming. Not a luxury/ 5-star resort but it was more than adequate, especially since we only got back here to sleep. Food at their cafe was really good, though the service tended to be a bit slow. I guess this is because most guests had a 'dinner included' package and ate from the buffet. But all in all, no complaints at all. Will come back.

No pool, no fitness center :-(. Well there is technically a pool at the hotel, but it's more like an oversized bath tub. I wouldn't even call it a splash pool. And I sorely missed a treadmill where I could have put in my morning exercise routine.

Staff very friendly. Admire the gentle behaviour of Suman and Karan . Breakfast and a la karte food was delicious.

Swimming pool was not that appealing as most people went with their Street clothes in the pool.There is not a railing to get into the pool,could be risky for elderly persons.
