Nice clean modern hotel building. All the essentials done very well. Just what we needed for a stopover driving through Germany.

Had to use service road to cross to northbound side to charge my car. And no footbridge over or under the Autobahn so had to wait with car whilst charging before returning to hotel. I used the charger again on my return journey and if there was a footbridge across I would have visited the McDonald's on the southbound side whilst charging. But this only a minor issue. I would still use this hotel and service area again.

I like the location and how easy it was to check in. The receptionist was very helpful and kind. The room was clean and comfortable and this year the lift was working so that was an added bonus (although when I asked the receptionist moved us to the second floor from the 4th). The food was also very good and the 25%off is an added bonus!

I don't like that the room card is still not opening the main entrance like 90%of the time. It comes up red on the card reader even after being reprogrammed at the reception. It's quite annoying when the rain is poring because there is no roof above us while trying to get in

The hotel is adjacent to the motorway and next door a petrol station. Following a 600-mile journey, it is ideally placed with safe parking spaces. The staff are friendly and helpful, booking is stress free. The room was clean, and the beds were most comfortable. The shower and bathroom facilities were as expected - German quality never disappoints. We enjoyed our overnight stay and continued our journey in the morning refreshed. We will revisit in future.

Nothing to dislike.

Spotlessly clean. Everything virtually brand new. Super comfortable beds. Really excellent price. Lift to every floor. Large bathroom with very good shower. Perfect overnight stop just off the motorway. Just great.

This is not a complaint, but be aware that this is a motorway service area and that the only food available in the restaurant is McDonalds type fast food. Take care in the shower. The shower tray can get very slippery indeed with soapy water! As I found out to my cost. Maybe a shower mat would prevent accidents.

Close to fuel and auto bahn. Quiet and good value. Good parking.

A small problem was quickly resolved. A water leak in the bathroom ceiling from an upstairs room. We were immediately relocated directly across the hallway to a similar room. Check in staff concerned and immediately apologised. It was a small problem for maintenance to fix. This episode will not stop us booking here again. On the contrary prompt action gives us more confidence. Thank you. Spessart

Shower didn't drain properly which caused a bit of a overflow problem. The blackout curtains were great. The key return deposit box was super helpful. But the main asset was the extremely friendly, communicative staff overnight gal who helped check me in. She was a dream when I needed one. And she gave me water. Traveling makes you thirsty! Thanks to her, my night was made great.

Nice spacious room, comfortable beds. Rooms well sound proofed. Staff very polite and helpful, even the dog was welcome with a small goody bag and cold water for us, which was very thoughtful. Location is perfect for an overnight stay during a journey, and you can check in and out whenever suits you so no time restriction which is a major plus. There’s a giftshop, food and drinks available 24/7. Really good value for money. There’s also. 25% discount off food, drinks for hotel guests.

The cards giving you access to the rooms aren’t working properly, which means you get stuck easily which can be frustrating. The cotbed provided was ok, quite spacious , but a bit wobbly and seemed used, bedding provided, however you could see it was done in a rush as the sheet was not ironed just quickly thrown on the mattress and there was a random baby bedding left underneath causing big lumps which had to be adjusted to create a safe sleeping space for a baby.

It's a good spot for a traveller.

When we arrive in the room there was no towels at all, then I came down to ask and said they don't have enough towels. I told the staff to take from the empty rooms which they hesitate but we end up doing it. Not enough choices for breakfast.

Our stop of choice when travelling from U.K. to Austria. Free parking right next door. Welcoming staff and a comfortable room. Surprisingly quiet considering the autobahn which provides a good nights sleep. Not forgetting the 20% discount on food in the restaurant!

The location is great. The room was comfortable and clean. Great value for money as well. The staff is polite and helpful and you get 25% discount for food as a hotel guest.

Overall, everything was great. The only thing missling was a kettle in the room.
