excellent place to stay. it’s very family friendly resort. very well maintained. clean and comfortable. customer service was top notch. very well trained staff to provide best customer service. especially the front desk staff name Greesha, who gave us the best service from check in to check out. rooms were spacious. they had 2 restaurants but the multi cuisine restaurant had good option of breakfast and food. taste was awesome. well maintained pool. can complain a thing about the resort.

although we didn’t take any kids, a suggestion is that the kids play area has to be improved also need to revamp the activity area.

We liked the staff. At reception, for room service, in dining area, at activities, all were well behaved & accommodating. However activities coordinator Mr. Dileep was exceptional. Fun to talk to, he made the stay very pleasant. Also the day trips itinerary he shared was very helpful. Looking forward to go to this place again

Rooms were a bit smelly to start with. Children play area could be covered by cork rather than natural soil and pebbles as it can hurt toddlers exploring on their own.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The property is located at the edge of the forest and just suitably far away from thenoise of the town. The resort is manned by an excellent set of professionals who are genuinely happy to have you as their guest. Very eco friendly, the resort can hardly be seen among the foliage of green that they have painstakingly nurtured. Their restaurants offer a delectable spread and managed by Mr Jose who is the Executive Chef. Mr Bidhan and Mr Suman are buzzing around the restaurant and are some of the most happy and patient staff I have seen. The infectiously enthusiastic Mr Dileep is your man to go to for information and activities. His interactions with us were informative and entertaining... He also is a fantastic photographer. It's a place to unwind, and let yourself be taken care of by the staff of this wonderfully located and staffed resort. Highly recommended.

Overall located in a good location

The hospitality can be improved & cleanliness of the room was not up to mark. The towels & comforts in the room on the first day was not good. On the second day it was changed and considerably better. But still I believe it is not to the luxury level expected from such a hotel who is charging high pricing

Booking.com showed 15000 per night at time of check out i was asked extra when i asked why they said it is 15000 + taxes...i checked the app and saw booking.com not showing total price including all the taxes...i have been using it for long and this is the first time that i have faced this...so disappointed

Amenities were clean and comfortable.

While the property was pet friendly, pets were required to be leashed all the time and were not allowed at any other places. Would have appreciated if the restriction was limited to the restaurant alone, given that there was a pet charge applicable.

Got superb hospitality from staff. right from house keeping to chef. Dileep is a superb entertainer. he was added feather in our Sterling Wayanad strip.

SPA - staff was not there

Food is very expensive and will be great if this can be more reasonable.

pet policy. charges are very high. with absolutely no facilities provided for pets , per night charges are not justified.

Sterling Wayanad is exceptional It is in middle of forest Sound of birds and calmness is amazing Without second thought you can book this resort
