Nestled amidst the breathtaking beauty of Wayanad’s landscape, Crystal Kuruva is an amazing midsize resort, especially for those who are looking for a quiet and peaceful getaway. It’s a perfect escape to tranquillity from the hustle and bustle of city life. It’s surrounded by a vast, open, lush green paddy field on one side and a coffee and rubber plantation on the other. The rooms are quite large and spacious, clean, modern, and beautifully built on the stilts, giving breathtaking views of the picturesque surroundings from the balcony. The rooms offer great privacy, given the distance between the two rooms and the layout of the property as a whole. The vast open spaces, plenty of tree cover, and well-maintained garden all around add to the aesthetics of the resort. It was an amazing experience to wake up in the morning to the chirping and cooing of the birds. The hospitality of the resort staff is topnotch across all departments, be it the front desk, the restaurant staff, the housekeeping team, or the rest of the support staff. Right from the moment we reached till our departure, we were looked after extremely well. They were quick to address even the smallest of concerns almost immediately. What set them apart from the several other resorts we had stayed at in the past was the personalised attention they extended to us throughout our stay. Their GM appeared hands-on, very involved, and took personal interest in liaising with all the guests, which in turn certainly has rubbed off on the entire resort staff. A clear example of leading from the front. Given the limited number of rooms and the guests, they have a constraint in offering a buffet. But the à la carte option gives you ample variety and choice of food. They were very flexible in customising the food options to our taste and requirements. Every meal we had was simply amazing.

I would say, the best part is the hospitality. I don’t want to say any name in particular because I may miss someone, which I don’t want to. Well connected with the nature, with good facilities. Recommending for those who wanted to stay peacefully from busy life, it's a best place then with good facilities, and food. You should stay min 2-3 days to enjoy the place. We got chance to listen to live music band, which is occasionally. They have a complementary tea & snack bar near to paddy field which was a lovely, and reminds me the old good times. Very good Wi-Fi it's all around the property with good speed. We stayed at pool villa which was a nice option. Special thanks to the Front Office, House Keeping, Food and Beverage team.

The water heater capacity was low since it lasts for 30 sec hardly which we couldn't manage since the climate was cold.

Great place to relax and unwind. Extremely helpful and welcoming staff with their hospitality. The property is well maintained and beautifully designed. The location is perfect and have got many things to do within the property. The rooms are kept quiet clean and beautiful. Though dinner and lunch buffet was not available during our stay, the do take pre-order and ensure to deliver great food based on our need from wide choice of menu. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a refreshing getaway.

Nestled amidst the breathtaking beauty of nature, this resort is a true gem that offers a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Staff and managers were extremely good and receptive to our needs.  Clean and well maintained rooms. Food was really tasty. Morning walk through property was a thrilling experience. Overall, the stay was peaceful and serene. Would 100% recommend if the plan is to have a peaceful and calm time in the midst of nature.

Great location in the middle of the forest. The rooms were spacious, and the team at the property was very helpful. As we stayed during a weekday, we felt the price was good value for money. They organised a nature walk in the morning, which was very serene. The breakfast was good. The only point that could be improved would be the lunch and dinner menu for a property of this scale and rating. Best wishes to the team. Will come back again.

Highlights: Embracing Nature's Bounty: Crystal Kuruva's gardens were an artist's palette come alive. Towering trees whispered secrets in the breeze, vibrant flowers painted the air with color, and coffee plantations and bamboo forests became our daily oasis. We loved immersing ourselves in this fragrant, verdant tapestry. A Spacious Haven: Our room was more than just a place to sleep; it was a luxurious refuge. Ample in size and beautifully appointed, it offered a tranquil retreat after our nature explorations. Peace Unfolding: Crystal Kuruva was a serene haven from the outside world's clamor. The quiet ambiance felt like a soothing balm, perfect for reconnecting with each other and ourselves. Warmth From Every Smile: The staff at Crystal Kuruva personified genuine hospitality. Their attentiveness, genuine smiles, and willingness to go the extra mile made us feel like treasured guests, not just visitors. Culinary Delights: The food was a symphony of flavors, especially the breakfast buffet. Value Beyond Compare: The quality of the experience at Crystal Kuruva far surpassed its price tag. We felt we received not just our money's worth, but an investment in cherished memories. Rejuvenating Exploration: The guided morning walk through the coffee plantation and bamboo forest was another highlight of our stay. Immersing ourselves in the vibrant greens and earthy aromas was a rejuvenating experience that left us feeling refreshed and reconnected to nature. Overall: Crystal Kuruva exceeded our expectations in every way.

It was my first visit to Wayanad and the property was absolutely serene. Jeevan, the manager was very helpful and friendly. He had arranged everything as required. The resort’s staff (except one who was rude to us while we were checking out) was extremely polite and friendly. The staff accommodated all our requests. I really liked how welcoming they were considering it’s a fairly new property (six months old). Surprisingly, the food was delicious. They nailed both South Indian as well as North Indian dishes. But the dessert could be improved. Jeevan and the staff arranged everything for my wife's birthday surprise starting from the room decoration to the amazing blueberry cake. It was the best decision to try out this property. The location is divine and the experience in the resort made our holiday fantastic. The resort has lots of activities like indoor games as well as outdoor. Further, the resort is coming up with spa services which would be a great addition to their existing hospitality. My overall experience in Crystal Kuruva was wholesome and worth the money. However, I would like to mention that the property is deep inside the forests and hence, there was no network. But the resort has done a commendable job at placing wifi routers in every room for connectivity.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Chrystal Kuruva Nature, and it truly exceeded my expectations for eco-tourism. This fantastic place allowed me to recharge and reconnect with nature. The guided morning walk was a highlight, immersing me in the stunning surroundings and deepening my appreciation for the local ecosystem. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

It was an awesome stay. Friendly staff, beautiful resort with lush green mango and jackfruit trees. Infinity pool and great food. Awesome villas with different views. The Management were very friendly and made sure we had a good stay. Would definitely recommend staying here. Visit during winter or spring to enjoy fog. Will definitely visit this place again. We were also given mangoes and jackfruit while coming back and they tasted yum 😋

The spa facility was not there, as they said it was under maintenance. It was a disappointment to me, as i really wanted to enjoy a good spa. It would be great if they could fix it soon. The in house restaurant food tasted good but the price was way high

The property is extremely serene and beautifully crafted. We stayed at the villa with a private pool and the room was massive. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience for two nights. The best part of the entire stay was the outstanding hospitality shown by everyone from management to housekeeping. We travelled with two small babies and every single request we made was accommodated in double quick time. Also to mention, the food is extremely delicious and well made, we had vegetarian food. Will definitely be recommending to my friends and family for a stay here.

I will not call it a dislike, maybe a suggestion, will be great if vegetarian and meat dishes are kept a bit separate, it will make pure vegan people feel comfortable.
