We had a truly wonderful experience staying at Ananterra Resort during our vacation in Wayanad. The location is perfect—peaceful yet easily reachable. We stayed in an eco cottage, and the views from our room were absolutely beautiful. The entire place is so well-planned and beautifully maintained with greenery and cleanliness all around. The room was spotless, cozy, and well-kept, making us feel right at home. What stood out the most was the exceptional hospitality—the staff were extremely friendly, respectful, and humble. They treated us with genuine warmth, without any ego, and made sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. We were lucky to get our room at an offer price, which made the whole experience even better. Considering the quality and service, it was very reasonably priced compared to other resorts in the area. Overall, I highly recommend Ananterra Resort to anyone visiting Wayanad. We’re thankful for the great hospitality and unforgettable experience. Will definitely visit again!

We had a pleasant and memorable stay. The location is a bit far from urban area but it is surrounded by trees, plantation and greenery. Calm and quiet place, staff was very cooperative. There are two outdoor swimming pools and there is no rush. Rooms are large enough. Kettle is available in the room to prepare tea or coffee. The climate was cold enough that AC was not necessary. The atmosphere is attractive with a natural pond, plantations and pavements. It is a best place for couples and families, and budget friendly. Complementary breakfast was delicious and tasty.

The only thing we disliked is overpricing of food in the restaurant. Kerala chai costs 50 rupees and most of the items are over priced and quantity is very low. Since there are no restaurants nearby, customers may be forced to have food from there only. Still Kalpetta town is just 10 kms away and still you can save money if you travel to Kalpetta for dinner or lunch.

The pricing is on the higher side, and for the cost, the service could be improved. Adding more activities would definitely enhance the overall experience.

Ananterra is a beautiful and serene destination for a quiet weekend getaway. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with the added provision of an extra bed being a nice touch. The staff is very courteous, and the service is quick. The food is delicious, and the breakfast spread is impressive. The room interiors are beautifully designed and deserve special mention. The resort offers many scenic spots for pictures and various activities like table tennis, boxing, a watchtower, a small pond, and a park with badminton/volleyball nets.

One suggestion for improvement is to provide an in-house spa for Ayurvedic massages. Additionally, rooms should be ready at check-in, especially when the occupancy details are provided in advance (e.g., having a separate bed ready for three guests).

We stayed in a group of 5 for 2nights room 203 with a sit out facing the pool & 205 with a sit out (did not get a chance to open and see the view) Everything about Ananterra was beautiful. The resort and the rooms are exactly the same as shown in the picture and website. The check in was smooth and rooms were spotlessly clean. Food served for breakfast was lip smacking kerala cuisine which we loved. The Staffs always had a smile & were very polite and courteous. We would definitely recommend this resort.

This place was just too good! Everything from the property to the rooms and service, it was top notch. Special mention to the team led by Sebin - Abhilash, Akhil and Indrajit for making our stay such a memorable one. This is a decently sized property with 5 cottages with play area, swimming pool and a farm area where you can chill/ fish/ play volleyball. The property has a great variety of fauna. If you guys want to explore Wayand, do keep in mind that all major tourist places are around 30 to 45 min from the property. That's because its spread across various directions. Speaking specifically about the property, it is around 5-6 kms off the main road. PS. The food was mouth watering and the resort is pet friendly too. All in all this is a great place to unwind and breakaway from the mundane city life. 5/5 for me.

Ananterra resort is located in the midst of beautiful nature. The whole property is beautifully designed with such lovely plantations giving you such a serene atmosphere, making the stay so pleasant and memorable. The checkin experience was so hassle free and the staff were very courteous and helpful. Food was pretty good. A special mention to manager Mr. Tamim, he was very helpful during the entire stay.

There is nothing I could point to that could have been better. More choices of room types, like one with private pool could have been better.

The resort is located in an offbeat location, nestled between the hills, offering stunning views. The cottages are spacious and comfortable and the food from their restaurant is absolutely amazing. The staff is courteous and sweet as well. A special mention to the fish pond, our dog loved the short hike to the pond.

The location might get a little tricky to reach with some challenging stretches towards the final end of the journey to the resort

It is a beautiful place nestled amongst nature. It has 5 cottages in the vicinity with a pool. The rooms are big, clean and have an outdoor sitting area overlooking the forest. An early morning walk into the nature surrounded by various birds and a refreshing weather. They also serve very good food which was really delicious and we enjoyed the breakfast spread as well as the yummy food. Special thanks to Tamim who was in constant touch and made the check in process smooth and helped us with his suggestions for nearby places and food. Also, on one of our walks we came across the owners house where his beautiful wife sings every morning and was courteous to invite us.. In all a very peaceful place where one wants to disconnect from and enjoy true nature 🌿🍃
