Very nice and friendly staff, very helpful. The staff noticed from the birth date of my husband that he had his birthday during our stay, so they surprised us even with a gift! Very special experience.

a Relatively new Property with well appointed rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast was good with quick service for anything we asked for. Good spread with lots of veg and non-veg options. The room was decent size as advertised and bathroom was clean with hot water and toiletries. The Wifi was free and fast. Room were well appointed, with fancy lights, modern systems and flat screen TV. The bed was comfy with clean fresh linen, clean fresh towels. We stayed only for the night and we had a good sleep that was really needed after a long day of travel. The onsite parking was ample and easy to access and use.

The management however lacks the experience of managing a 5* property as it could have been a lot better with better trained staff. The view from the room lacked anything as there is a high rise construction going on in the neighborhood. The Open area of the dining was also closed due to bad door. The staff really lacked proper training and it was very evident from Check in to breakfast. Our toasts were burnt fist, the eggs dropped which caused some delay... etc. I feel with better trained staff, this hotel would be candidate for a 4**** rating.

Everything was very nice. Staff polite and helpful. Rooms clean and modern furniture. Amenities good.

There was construction above our head and it started early morning. Also electricity was on and off and sometimes at night the light also just switched on automatically. Maybe it's with a sensor or I'm not sure. Or it was maybe due to the power cuts. But it was quite mysterious.

This place is awesome! Atmosphere is great and cool but the staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Gourmet Food is the speciality of this hotel thats make them a wacky structure. They have different cuisine,Arabic,Northindian,southindain.. weekends there you must visit for fantastic food.menu is extensive and seasonal to a particularly high standard, Really decent food and at affordable prices. Their buffet is one of the relevent dining,all day different menu for buffet.everything is so fresh.from the starter to the dessert the quality and tastes of everything was outstanding.i have to say when you think about any celebration choose this place,it never disappoints. You must have to go this cutest spot,its located in markez knowledge city. highly recommend to any one looking for somewhere to eat delicious food.

Fezinn hotel is a very good family & couple oriented hotel. The quality and variety of food in (buffet) restaurant is beyond expectations, and restaurant is also very good Pool at roof top and there seems to be a lot of family- and kids-oriented activities is especially impressive. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Never failed on anything and always ready for an extra mile. They made me wow during my birthday with cake and stuff thanks a lot to Manager Mr. Naseb. Everything is clean and kept in a good condition.

Wifi speed probably need to improve.

Rooms were very spacious and well maintained. Staff were very courteous and and they even hosted a surprise cake cutting on our wedding anniversary day. Each and everyone from the team went out of their way to make guests comfortable.

Swimming pool can have adequate changing rooms and bathroom facilities. Otherwise there was nothing to complain about

Neat and clean room, good facilities, Service can be improved, Can educate customers on there arrival.

No mountain view from room, Need to go to swimmimg pool area to have the view. No minibar as mentioned in the room facilities, and no iron for ironing

I loved everything, literally everything they had, the lobby, lounge area, reception, concierge, staff, food especially the room 👏👏.. absolutely 9/10 I've been to many hotels but this was a pure warm stay with my wife and they made it perfect. Nice and clean room and u have that feeling Nobody used it before. And have to mention the breakfast its only 500 for 2 people but, it worth it. It's actually made for 3 or 4 people coz u cannot finish it 😂😂.. wow what a wonderful stay 😍

The pool wasn't clean maybe they weren't expecting guest's or due to the construction going on. But it was ana amazing experience with breathtaking view 😍. So next time just make sure the pool flow is going on and its clean.. but not so bad .
