Beautuful resort deep in the forest. The rooms and the buildings retain traditional features and the whole place exudes an old world charm. Tranquil and peaceful surroundings and we found some beautiful forest trails. Take care when hiking due to Elephant danger . Our room ( vythri haven) was lovely and overlooked the stream, which must be very impressive in the monsoon. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and we felt very much at home. A special mention to Manoj Kumar, and his team in the restaurant and kitchen who went out of their way to serve us with new delicious daily surprises ... not an easy task as we had requested vegan and satvic food. They excelled themselves. Thank you

Room, as it was next to the river and was a little dark, had a slight musty smell.. which will be worse in the monsoon . Was tolerable now

Location: The location is just drop dead gorgeous! This is as close to nature as we can get with these facilities. Rooms: We stayed in Haven and Tree house. The tree house is an experience on its own. Waking up to the sound of birds and insects is something we often don't experience nowdays. Facilities: The facilities and maintenance of the property is great! It's near and very well maintained. The waterfalls nearby is also a nice walk. (Probably would be better during monsoons) Staff: The staff are always warm and welcoming, especially in the restaurant Food: The food is very nice!

Nothing in particular. However, just few suggestions if I have to nitpick. For people staying longer than 3 days, the buffet menu can get a little repetitive. Maybe the management can look at having a theme (like Italian theme, or Chinese theme) on certain days with 2-3 dishes within this theme so that atleast these dishes are different. Maybe can also look at having a star glazing dock with less light pollution. It's a beautiful place to star glaze and this can be made into a marketing point. The rates can be looked at, as longer stays can become heavy on the pocket.

We stayed in one of the tree houses. The experience was exceptional. Never have we experienced nature from such close quarters. The facilities were of a five star property. We were escorted to our tree house by a guard everytime . A must to do for all nature lovers. All the meals were elaborate and had delicious local cuisine. The cleaniness and upkeep of the resort was great and the staff was very warm and welcoming.

The food was the highlight of the stay- what a delicious mix of main courses, desserts, and salads with plenty of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. Plus, the nature-facing jacuzzi. Even in March, the weather was pleasant and slightly chilly in the mornings, which makes up for the lack of air conditioning in the rooms.

The check-in process could have been a lot smoother. We had to go through a 5 steps process of showing physical ID proofs, connecting to the WiFi, adding the resort as a contact to Whatsapp, and sending the soft copies of the ID. It was a bit of a hassle and could have been avoided if the management was a bit more proactive.

Wonderful place in Wayanad. You could spend there days in this beautiful surrounding and just listen to the sounds of nature. Wonderful breakfast and dinner. Walking tours (included) with the guide are great. Staff is very helpful and did the best for a pleasant stay.

almost everything, ranging from the food to the stay was excellent. This resort is located in a remote woods area which gives a jungle vibe and waterfalls music was also soothing and relaxing to the ears. the staff was good and they even had a nature trek between 4.00 to 5.00 which was very informative they also take us to their waterfall which was fabulous. the live music performed by Hannah and his father was also nice. They also have a very long swimming pool and they also have their natural swimming pools which are only accessible between 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.

the swimming pool was not cleaned, they should build a concrete path to their waterfall and natural pool to avoid leeches. Their trampoline was not proper.

We loved the stay, it is surrounded by nature. It has a beautiful waterfall and a hanging bridge which gives flavour to it. They has a beautiful cottages with privacy. Food is very good .. They also have live events everyday at night with makes your stay special. We had taken Honeymoon villa ...which is just perfect for couples. Overall a great experience.

Since the weather is dammn cold and pool was not a temperature control we were not able to get into pool. Our stay would be excellent if we were using pool.

Good location and had chance to go for a short nature walk in the morning with Daniel. Mr. Rajesh was extremely friendly and helpful with the indoor games.

No activities were arranged in the hotel other than nature walk. Some activities like campfire would have made the stay more pleasant

All the sports activities are there, indoor game facilities are well maintained but the outdoor games doesn't encouraged it seems, because we had a incident that we asked for shuttle cock and the provided one is too bad and we can not even play with that, and also the provided racket also poor. And we stayed there 2 night and 3 days, all the day cut fruits are same which is pineapple and papaya.
