Great location - right across the beautiful Tuy Hoa beach and a 10-minute car ride or less from popular restaurants in town. Great staff and facilities - the staff at Rosa Alba often go above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant experience. Some staff members are newer to the industry but they took feedback well and made adjustments quickly with the goal of delivering a great service. I really like the bathtub and private swimming pool at the villa.

On Sunday there was an outdoor corporate party that was really loud, especially when they started singing karaoke. I recommend that the hotel set a strict noise level rule or forbid using microphone/karaoke for outdoor party. Better yet, they should consider keeping corporate parties to the indoor space only (nothing against the hotel, but Vietnamese corporation party culture can be disruptive for other hotel guests)

Everything! The resort is truly a place to wind down and spoil yourself on holiday. We booked a 3 bedroom villa with a pool but honestly spent more time on the main pool. Best swimming pool during our trip! There are three pools and two of them are very shallow and child friendly. The cleanliness of the resort is top notch. The location is good. Mostly the smiles and friendliness of the staff is what sets this place aside from every other hotels and resorts. Everything you need is only a few mins drive away. The walk to the beach is only a tunnel walk away! There is also a really good restaurant along the beach

Didn’t stay long enough

A luxury resort that goes beyond the norm. Everything is top notch and I would advice everyone to give it a try. The staff is really really helpful in every way possible. The property is kept in good shape and all around the clock you see workers maintaining to keep it in excellent shape. If you wanna experience a luxury stay this is the place to be. But… if you wanna experience Vietnamese culture this isn’t the place to be. The only contact you’l get with Vietnamese culture is the middle class Vietnamese who are upping their game.

Well, they’ve got these rules. You can’t take anything from outside into the property. No food deliveries or takeaways from outside because they need to make money with their own restaurant and things (restaurant is excellent by the way). I get that, but fining people for breaking the rules? Not making me happy. Another one is their laundry service. Steep prices. Cleaning a single item can easily cost you 120k but outside you get 3,5kg done for 90k. Go figure. (Do wonder if they outsource to the local laundry shops 😂, good margin though.)

Everything balcony ,terrace ,hygiene,breakfast,space,beautiful garden,amazing plants,very clean pool,Ocean restaurant, simplicity of check in and out,privacy list is to long We travel often in Asia and each time we like to visit different accommodation but this place we have to come back however this is only place that tick 95% of all of our boxes Well done!!!!!

We had an amazing experience staying at this resort. The property is absolutely beautiful, with well-maintained grounds and stunning views. The breakfast was a real highlight fresh, delicious, and with a great variety to choose from. What truly made the stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive to every detail. I felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

This was my 2nd stay at this hotel. The hotel is beautiful with the beach right up front and Nghinh Phong Tower is right next door. The hotel pools are also very nice. The hotel is off the city center so it's very quiet. The city center is 2-3kms away from the hotel. Convenience stores, restaurants and cafes are also within a short walking distance. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was big, clean and beautiful. We would come back and stay here again.

We booked an extra bed and the bed was not very comfortable for the price we paid extra.

Very beautiful big swimming pools and nice clean beach right in front of the resort. The room is spacious with great ocean view. Staff at the restaurants are nice and helpful.

Lighting in the bathroom is very bad and no ventilator which makes it keep very unpleasant smell for quite long. A hanger for swimsuit on the balcony is needed since after all it's a beach resort. Buffet breakfast with pretty large selection but the quality should be improved.

All the services are great. Staff are friendly , helpful and very polite. Extremely like the swimming pools, always cleaned, having a lot of options to choose. The resort is beautiful with a lot of trees. We have some issues with ants but the receptionist offered us to different rooms very fast and pet control services managed the matter pretty well . Thank you very much for all. We definitely recommend this place to everyone and come back for our next trip to Tuy Hoa.

A bit far from central city, can’t walk to restaurants or only enjoy the meals at the restaurant in resort. I wish the restaurant has more options so we could enjoy 100%

Comfortable large room, first room had problem with shower head but hotel quickly arranged for us to be moved and everything was good. Staff was very nice and the resort was very well maintained.

It was unfortunate that weather was cold and windy so we didn't use the pool, however it looked lovely. Nothing to fault with the hotel.
