The hotel is well made with all key facilities like Gym and pool. The staff is very very good. coffee machine in suite room was good step. Suite room size is decent

1. The pool suite is the most expensive but the pool is a joke on size 2. The lamps hanging near the bed has no button at bedside. you have to go to the main wall to switch off and On. if you need light at night, you will be really struggling. 3. Shower was blocked and needed to be cleaned, that is the condition of the top suite room which is so expensive 4. Bath tub was not usable as the water stopper was not working. This is the condition in the most expensive suite room. 5. poor and boring breakfast for the amount of money paid for a suite room. 6. The outside sitting area for the suite room has no fan and the mosquitos don't allow you to sit. so it's a waste without a fan.

Variety of the foods is good. Having some trouble with the egg station while other guests keep cutting the line or grab our order without any warn by the staff who in-charge. anyway, the staff later solved the situation and apologised us in person.

so far, so good. It's my first travel around the Khao-yai area. The location of the hotel is quite far from other attractions, but it might be none of the trouble since there are a lot of facilities in the site and you can spend all-day there.

The facilities offered here are exceptional but we didn’t use much of them due to the weather. Pool, gym etc looked great. Staff were very friendly and helpful for our whole stay and provided umbrellas/golf cart for moving about in the rain. Breakfast was good with great views across the mountains. Room service food was very good and reasonably priced. Comfy beds.

Only minor things: - It can be noisy with people opening and shutting doors. In particular on our first night we were woken up by a family shouting and slamming doors at 6am (not much the hotel can do about this, I know). - Being in the mountains there are lots of mosquitos - some repellent provided in the room would be nice. - The toilet paper was the cheapest possible 1-ply (maybe to prevent damage from accidental flushing?) and didn’t really fit with the vibe of the hotel.

Stayed Jan 20-22 2024. Nice hotel. Room is clean and comfortable with a good sized toilet and long bath. Staff is friendly and English isn't a problem. Breakfast spread is good. Local Thai, pastry, DIY pancake and waffle. There is a separate restaurant that serves lunch and dinner (with outdoor sitting on Saturday). The food is not bad and not very expensive. There is also a small gym and swimming pool. Very crowded on Saturday. If u are coming from Pak Chong train station suggest u book a Grab to hotel. We took the local mini truck from Pak Chong market (50 baht per pax) and then changed to a local pick up at National Park entrance which was quite cumbersome. Luckily the local ranger at tourist booth at the Park's entrance helped to call the local pickup. But unlikely u can Grab back to Pak Chong train station. Hotel called a car for us at 600baht.

Hotel is about 12-14 km from the entrance to Khao Yai National Park and maybe 6-7km from main road where u will find more eateries. U can hire a car to the National Park. Ask the reception. Not cheap.though.

Every detail of the hotel and the rooms were beautiful. The service, approach and support, the design everything was great. The breakfast was the best ever. You can arrange your Khao Yai tours via reception but on high seasons better to arrange beforehand via messages. You can see and sleep with beautiful sounds of gekkos too, in the rooms there is almost everything you may need.

The only recommendation is that they can have more vegetarian options in dinner menu of the restaurant (breakfast menu has broader range)

The facility, with lage outdoor areas, is beautiful. We did enjoy the clean pool, the gym, the view on the mountains and the comfortable location just a few kilometers from the Khao Yai National Park. The breakfast was very good..

Our room service was not very diligent and kinda slow. They didn't change sheets and did merely the minimum. Other service staff was way more attentive and eager to provide good service. Also, our room was small. Next time we would opt for a bigger one.

Great 360 view of the mountains

-The staff are unfriendly and definitely lacking some smiles on their faces most especially those who are in the buffet breakfast. -Foods served in buffet breakfast are not planned properly there's one time that they serve fried chicken and the rest are all carbs(fried rice, sticky rice and potatoes) so your only option would be the egg station 😅 -Wifi is unstable. -The swimming pool needs daily cleaning as there's a lot of leaves/dirt falling down since there are some trees and plants surrounding it. Also, if you arrived early and want to have an early check-in do note that they charge you on that. No exceptions; even if you are with a child.

very good breakfast, TV has youtube/netflix/amazon, staffs are very nice and supportive, free bicycle to bike around the hotel

the pool has no shade, uncomfortable slipper in the room, location is far from the restaurants or convenient stores at night (but seems like it's like that for most hotels, maybe buy snacks before go to hotel)

Facilities and staffs were helpful. Breakfast was amazing, as a coffee lover I have never seen anywhere that made ice coffee ready for us.

It was a very pleasant trip but the only issue I had was my room was on the first floor so we were interrupted by the noise from outside from people walking or the elevator but other than that I had a great time.

The location, breakfast, view. Most rooms should have similar (mountain) view, probably not true for the rooms on 1st floor tho.

The wall is not soundproof. If you have lousy neighbors, it can be unpleasant. Water pressure is a bit hit and miss, maybe it's just my room. 26 square meters room is a bit small, if you come with full size luggage .
