Location of hotel is very good. It was very near to Mahakal temple and we got E Rickshaw easily. Hotel was small but very neat and clean. Staff was very cooperative and helped us in late night for some medical emergency. Even they allow us to late checkout.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Shrigopal in Ujjain! The location is absolutely prime, just a short walk from the railway station and the sacred Mahakal Mandir, making it incredibly convenient for travelers and pilgrims alike. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff was exceptionally cooperative, humble, and always ready to assist with a smile, which made the experience even more pleasant. I highly recommend Hotel Shrigopal for anyone visiting Ujjain!

I liked that the room was comfortable, the bed was lovely and soft and nice clean bedding. I want to thank the staff who were amazing at accommodating me when I was ill. They kindly got me a doctor who was amazing and brought me plenty of water and organised medicine for me. They happily helped organise trips with local tuck Tuck driver.

The wifi didn't work on the 3rd floor and that booking.com doesn't advise about the extra charge of tax with room. Apart from that, no complaints.

It’s in a great location, just 1 km from the Sri Mahakal Temple. They provided me with parking in front of the hotel. The room was well-organized and clean. All the staff were very cooperative. I would love to stay here again in the future.

I have nothing negative to say. I thought it was better that they didn’t ask for money in advance to confirm the reservation. However, they explained the reason for requesting payment upfront: some people book rooms but fail to show up, causing them to incur losses.

Pawan bhaisahab knows best way of hospitality....he prefer to go an extra mile for helping the guest by saving them from fraudsters if u share ur requirements with them beforehand ...he can guide u well

Everything was fine Hotel doesn't hv food facility which isn't anything negative about facilities bcz whatever facilities they offer ...they are perfectly alright

A good budget hotel in the center of the city and easy accessibility to Mahakal temple. You can easily find autos/e-rikshaws whenever you need it. Very polite and professional staff members. We got our request related to room change addressed immediately. The room and the bathroom were clean enough.

Staff was very helpful thoughtout since we did the booking. Hotel location is also good only 10 mins away from main Temple. Auto is easily available. Although hotel do not provide restaurant service but the one they had tie up with serves good food. Overall good experience. Thanks to reception staff for their support.

I liked the hotel location.It's near the Mahakal Temple.Easy available cab only demerits with washroom which is not comfortable but it is ok.overall is looking fine and i would like to 2 nd visit with same hotel

The transparency of the images shown on the app and the actual room was the same. The staff's behaviour was helpful and they helped us to understand the map of ujjain and they suggested some spots too.

The only thing I didn't like was that the TV wasn't working and they have not provided the leisure kit.

My room was very clean and bright and the comfort was good. Its easy walking distance to the tempel and ghats.The staff was very helpful and gave good service with a smile..

My room had street view, so noise from the street outside could be heard. No problem for me since I use ear plugs. Otherwise a good hotel.
