Absolutely loved this place! Stayed nearly two weeks and didn’t really want to leave. Wonderfully peaceful location, lovely rooms, great service. I’ll definitely be staying there again for a more long-term stay! Market is close, you can utilise the kitchen upon request, Shehzad and Umar would go out of their way to assist you. For all those digital nomads and work from home, this place has a reasonably good internet. I would come back to stay here on my return from Hunza. Garden is decorated and maintained beautifully and is favourite place to read or relax.

The resort was absolutely beautiful and set in a wonderfully peaceful location. We captured so many great photos throughout the property. The interior design was truly outstanding — it felt like every wall told its own story, and each area had a unique atmosphere. They also had a talented female cook whose dishes were full of incredible flavor. We really enjoyed the delicious, home-cooked meals.

What I didn’t like: The kitchen closes at 9 PM, so it’s not possible to order food after that. Since the resort is located safely in the woods, away from the city, it’s important to plan ahead and order dinner on time. The area around the resort is quite steep for walking, and apart from a nearby village, there isn’t much to see outside the resort. It would be great if they offered some late-night snack options or room service for guests arriving late or feeling hungry after hours.

A smart Resort at a in peaceful neighbourhood (Bandi Dhundan). The resort serves as retreat for tourists and travelers with all required facilities like meals, breakfast and group stays. Located conveniently near Hazara motorway Qalanderabad Interchange. An ideal spot for tourists groups for breakfast and layover. A small patch is bumpy but hardly 1 minute of patch. When you arrive at resort, it gives you a sudden surprise with its beautiful architecture and modern interior. Standard rooms are good but we stayed in King Suite which offers very good ergonomics and amazing balcony and sittings area. Lawns are well maintained and beautiful and you will love to have breakfast in lawn. They have an indoor hall for group meals on site. Sauna and Jacuzzi need further improvements. In short, a very new and different concept with modern yet rustic theme giving a European vibe. Staff is highly cooperative, my car was not starting they helped me get me o road. Thanks One of the best Hotel in Abbottabad/ Mansehra and very close to Balakot.

The location was perfect. Exactly what we were looking for. Peaceful & quiet. Zia & Noman were always available to help out with anything we needed. They made sure the stay was very comfortable. We had hot water and consistent internet throughout our stay. We will definitely come again. A very relaxing place which is out of the way from the main city hustle bustle.

Everything was very good. We requested a cleanup on our 3rd day and even that was arranged immediately. Plus extra blankets, mattress and sheets. Everything was arranged immediately.

A very well maintained property with great views. Road to property is fair and all cars/ buses can easily access. Famous Chapal kebab of Qalanderabad is must which is available on all days except Wednesday and Thursday. Only buy Kebab from Dilawar Kebab House and avoid others at all cost. The resort’s own food is very good specially breakfasts. Many travel groups have a stop here for breakfast and relaxing. Jogging track is being made with terraces and children play area. The idea of this hotel is unique and should not be misunderstood with a typical hotel. Very value for money.

I liked that the place always had warm water and heaters running. The staff was very cooperative doing everything they can to assist you

We were informed that the in-house kitchen wasn't running because of on-going construction so we could use their kitchen if we wanted to. It was all nice, the staff helped us with alot of things, however, the kitchen cleanliness could definitely use help, it was organized but dishes and pots weren't the cleanest. It's a nice place, but they need to work on their cleanliness and hygiene especially for kitchen.

Unique view, ample secure parking, very good for wheel chair access till 3rd Floor. They have a nice common Hall which can be accessed with a nominal charge for events etc. their staff is welcoming. Things that need improvement are bigger signboard, outdoor lawn light music in evenings and separate fridge for each floor. I spent 6 nights and enjoyed my stay. Food services can be improved. As Abbottabad hotels have a good variety , this can be the best hotel in Abbottabad with few improvements. I will give 10/10.

The staff was exceptional, very cooperative and helpful. They even got us lunch and dinner takeaway from restaurants in the city and served it in our room, amazing. Room had amazing views and comfortable bed. Hot water 24 hrs, Airconditioning / heating spot on. Must recommend to everyone.

Slight noise of traffic outsite on the main road and breakfast could need some improvement, other than that nothing much.

Absolutely exceptional. Perfectly situated for a lengthy retreat. The garden and grounds are well kept and ideal for relaxing or working. My room was spacious and tastefully designed. The staff were very helpful and though the property is situated outside of the main urban area, it is only a 20 minute walk from the markets l, making it suitably peaceful. I would recommend this hotel to all. Highly recommended if you travelling with family for peace of mind. Minimum recommended stay is atleast 2 nights to experience the charm from sunrise to sunset and at night. Sauna and jacuzzi are functional and are available to guests. They have BBQ equipment as well for a small charge

There should be more sitting arrangements at the rooftop.
