Had a short but wonderful stay at Hotel One Abbotabad. Was given a very warm welcome by Kainaat aur her staff. Kainaat put the house keeping on toes to arrange the room in a very professional manner. Everything was Upto the wishes of my long travelled partner Rubina Malik. Room service was exceptional and the food was nice specially the breakfast which was served in room. Cannot forget the nice and professional behaviour of Mr Shehzad and his staff on duty who gave us a very hospitable send off. In short was an extremely enjoyable experience of stayed there.

I visited Abbottabad for work purpose. I chose Hotel One to have a calm and peaceful place where I could work as well. Hotel is best in Cleanliness. Internet Speed, and Breakfast quality. Staff is very polite and respectful. I really enjoyed my one night stay at Hotel one and will definitely choose it again in future.

Everything was perfect. However, it would be great if they can add some more items in breakfast buffet. The meal quality was amazing though.

We specially appreciate the helpful staff, Kainat Kazmi and Sarmad Abbasi went out of their way to guide us on various local items like getting a car, finding the right parlours etc. the house keeping, went out of their way to provide us with best of service and promptly provided us with supplies etc, This is a part of perl continental hotels, which is one of the best hotels in Pakistan.

There was nothing to complain about,

I liked its location as it was a bit away from the main traffic jam. The staff was helpful and courteous.

I think that keeping wall to wall carpets clean in Abbottabad can be an issue. My suggestion is that putting quality tiles in the corridors and rooms will ease the pressure on your cleaning staff.

Clean rooms. Very friendly and hospitable staff. Good breakfast buffet. Room service was also very good. Complimentary tea and water is a good bonus as well. Hot water availability was appreciated as it was cold and raining during our visit.

There was construction going on due to which an elevator was not in use. But I guess it cannot be helped. Slight inconvenience but staff was helpful in getting around it.

Housekeeping did an excellent job in taking care of me and my guests. Especially ikramullah, the housekeeping manager; who went above and beyond in his duties and was available for all of my needs. Him and his staff had an excellent attitude and were the reason for my continuous stay. May Allah bless them all. Front desk manager Syed Hassan was also very helpful and  had a great attitude.

1- used tooth brushes and soap in sealed packing. I thought toothbrush is sealed so it should be new but when I opened and sniffed it, I could smell the toothpaste. I had to go buy my own from the store. Thats poor standard for a hotel that charges over 10000 rent. 2-Front desk staff was rude and not so helpful. Except syed hassan manager, the other 2 front desk agents didn't seem to care for my needs and had a rude attitude. The girl at the front desk needs more training on how to check in multiple rooms at once. It was hectic dealing with her. The other gentleman at FD was also rude and would ignore my requests. If not for the housekeeping and syed hassan manager I would have not continued my stay there.

I am glad that I spent my holidays here. The room was comfortable and spacious. The staff were very helpful and hospitable especially on the front desk, Ms Kainat and Ms Saima. Recommended in the place like Abbotabad.

The food quality could've been better. The service delivery was a little slow for the first few hours of stay.
