Great location, good mountain views, great place to take pictures.

THE FOOD, Breakfast was good,but other than that, we ordered multiple items for dinner. They were just a ripp off. Average taste. The sockets closer to bed must be checked regularly. The one in my room was a bit damaged & was not working until i adjusted the charger multiple times, Windows were great, but we couldn't keep them open due to mosquitoes & and flies. i highly recommend them to add window screens or nets to sort this problem out. The staff was lovely and helpful, and the service was quick

Amazing location, fantastic views, incredibly serene, great property. Surrounded by mountains, when the call to prayer for Isha is called at the various mosques, the way the sound reverberates is amazing - I would go back just for this experience.

Lacked some amenities like pool. I also felt the property could make better use of the gardens - amazing gardens that I thought would be amazing to have dining experience or breakfast outside. But this wasn’t available. Don’t know if it was because of the season but I felt that would have been amazing

Stay was amazing, it's a nice relaxing quiet place. The hotel, staff and overall stay was very comfortable.We had a slight issue with out card as it was an international card the reception staff accommodated us very well also at the end I left my charger they called me to let me know which was appreciated. The two days we stayed everyone at the hotel is always has a smile and were very polite.

The food at Marco polo could be better & a qawali night like PC bhurbhan would also be great.

Overall, I liked the room, the facilities, the area around the hotel, beautiful scenic views. The food was good at the buffet but not a lot of varieties, just mainly non-veg.

Only one thing I did not like was after checking out if I need a cab it will be available after 2 hours or so. And if you have to leave early you have no other option to walk with your luggage all the way down the hill to the main road, if you did not come on your car.

Breathtaking views and the incredibly helpful staff From the moment I stepped into my room, I was captivated by the panorama with sniw capped mountains, rolling hills and gushing river. Beyond the stunning scenery, the staff were exceptional and humble. Every interaction was met with a genuine smile and a willingness to assist.

I wish I had more time there. Also it was expensive but I found it worthwhile.

Ambiance of the interior of the facility was excellent. Good room facility and housekeeping services.

If you bring food from outside you have to sign a declaration form which is an inconvenience for people who want to dine out or order in takeaways.

Loved it! It was so comfortable, clean, properly ventilated and a well maintained hotel. The food choices were great and it always arrived fresh. The staff are also very kind and always try to be helpful. Will surely visit again and recommend it to anyone visiting Muzaffarabad.

A separation wall between balconies would great for privacy.

A visit was overall a great experience

There was lot of rush in lawn and other open areas due to people who were not actually staying in hotel but had come from outside just for short visit and were busy in taking pictures in every corner of the hotel, causing trouble for other people wanting to use the same facility for leisure.

The staff were exceptional . The property beautiful, the peacocks roaming around were amazing ! The Bazars are crazy busy but shopping is fun ! I would recommend for tourists to go to Neelum Valley and surrounding villages to see the beauty. Locals are incredibly kind, helpful and lovely 💕

Loved everything

The atmosphere of the hotel, the ambiance, the staff everything is upto the mark, especially the staff behaviour(hasnain, shoiab, Asad), they made oure stay more comfortable and leisure.

There is no SPA, suana, swimming pool etc, That should be start with immediate effect
