We had an excellent experience staying at the Brigade, the rooms and the facility are well maintained and is very close to Gate 4 of the temple. They have inhouse restuarant which serves good food, which is a rare find in Sri Kalahasti. But what stands out is their hospitality, the staff here are very welcoming and make your stay comfortable all through. Special mention to the 2 super ladies at the Recepetion and the restuarant billing counter - My 18 months kid suddenly got unwell because of the weather and these two staff members have helped me with all that they could during that day when we were all tensed in finding a hospital, a good doctor, a medical shop, arranged food for him on request etc. Such service and empathy demonstrated reflects their commitment to the guests. Overall a great place with a very humble Managing Director who I met during the stay ! I highly recommend this place to families who are looking for a great stay at Srikalahasthi !

The hotel is conveniently located near the temple. The property is new, very clean, and the staff is extremely supportive. During the busy period of Mahashivratri, they arranged a complimentary one-way cab pickup from the general parking area, which helped us reach the hotel without any hassle, as autos were not allowed near the temple streets. We had spacious double bedrooms and a very comfortable stay. The restaurant served good food, and overall, the stay was excellent.

Room size was a bit small, but still comfortable and manageable. A slightly larger space would be a nice improvement.

I recently visited Brigade Hotels and Resorts near Gate 4 Darshanam, and I must say, the experience was wonderful. The location is easily walkable, and the best part for me was the cleanliness and the exceptionally polite staff who are always ready to assist. I went with my family, including my mother and child, and despite arriving late during lunchtime, the hotel staff went out of their way to prepare specific food for my child upon request, even after the restaurant had closed. The hotel maintains excellent hygiene, and there’s no need to search elsewhere for food, as their in-house restaurant on the ground floor serves delicious meals. The hospitality was impressive, whether it was the front desk, hotel staff, or restaurant team. Everyone listened to our requests and ensured we had a comfortable stay. It was truly a great experience! Also I forgot to mention that there is a dedicated parking area available for your four-wheeler.

There wasn’t anything specific that I disliked. If anything, I’d suggest continuing the excellent service they already provide. Perhaps they could work on being a bit quicker in serving food, even though they managed quite well during busy times. Maintaining the same level of efficiency and speed would be great!

The hotel is very close to Gate 4 Dakshina Gopuram of Sri Kalahasteeshwara Temple. As per temple rules, one needs to deposit phones and bags at the temple counter. However due to the proximity to temple, we can conveniently leave all the phones at the room and collect it later after coming out of temple. Room decor is nice, the bathrooms are well maintained. Mr Hemant, Mr Chandrashekar, Mr Suresh - at front desk were very helpful in arranging auto transport, giving tips and guidance reg temple puja, local sightseeing. Overall staff is polite and excellent. Hotel has it's own restaurant with decent food. Location is central and there are small shops, restaurants etc within walking distance.

A hot water kettle would be nice addition in each room.

The rooms were pretty clean and well maintained. The restaurant had good food, so we did not have to go around looking for one. It is very close to the temple gate, so location wise it is good.

There were mosquitos in spite of the property being well maintained. That might be because of the surroundings. If they could use some herbal/non chemical Mosquito spray in the corridors and outside the premises, that might solve the problem. The staff did help out with mosquitos temporarily, so that helped.

Excellent stay at Brigade Hoetls and Resorots. Staff were supportive, kind and super friendly. They let us park our car even after the checkout. Very helpful staff. Comfortable bed, clean rooms and hygenic toilets. Less than 5min walk to the temple. Easy access of location. Glad to have stayed at Brigade Hotel and Resorts. It exceeded my expectations. Would suggest this place and Highly recommend.

Hotel is new and very clean. Location of hotel is very close to the temple entrance gate 4. Staff members are well behaved and helpful.

Food quality in the restaurant could be improved and South Indian dishes should be served during the evening/night as well and not just restricted to morning breakfast!!

The place is really clean and feels like home as I m from overseas and the service, food and price are really more than what we pay. Mr. Chiranjeevi is really did tremendous customer service and take care customer very well. I recommend everyone should stay this hotel. I give 100/100.

The Location is closer and is walkable distance to Gate 4 of the temple. Extremely clean rooms and staff are very polite to all the customer needs. Best part is in house restaurant with amazing food.

The rooms on the right side of the hotel entrance faces the wall of next building. Solo female traveler could book left side of the rooms for safety as there is a gap equivalent to small road and the opposite building.
