The location is accessible. The breakfast is satisfied , value for money.

Room Size was good for Family & intermittent urgent Work. Had table with chair for Managing the Laptop that helped me Booking my further stay, Free wifi was also excellent. Very good break Fast served. Over All very good experience.

Though Managed well, few repairs here and there, But Manageable.

Place was excellent. Host was very hospitable and breakfast was really good. Only problem was the wifi does not work in first floor. Another thing to note is, it is a kind of a 4 bhk apartment converted to a hotel so there is kind of a common space although individual bathrooms were attached to each room. Overall excellent except wifi could be provided.

The property was like a home away from home. Very neat and clean rooms with all necessary amenities. The Manager Mr. Babu Naidu is a super host. He ensures the guest stay is comfortable n secure. Gives guidance about the sightseeing in the city and supports in every possible way. Keep up the good work Babu. You are a gem of a person

Almost everything, the most being huge family suite with dining table, plenty of space after extra bed, balcony and big bathroom. Tea/coffee round the clock and free breakfast is quite better g value for money

The breakfast is a bit spicy but I believe it's local trend and hence cannot complain much.

Breakfast can be better timings r restricted for.breakfast and very very late in service as they don't have kitchen and they will bring from outside ..and a very limited breakfast and very conservative

Good Air-conditioned, TV guestrooms. Caring of Mr.Ragupathi is well. Lunch arranged by him is superb..

Too much late in arranging dinner. I asked dinner at 8:30. But the parcel service was given only at 9:30. Food also is over salty.

Good location and the Hotel manager Babu Naidu and other room boys were very helpful .Good value for the money.

it’s not very far from Tirupati railway station . they provide breakfast which is quite fulfilling. staff is super friendly . they listen and help in whatever way possible . the hot water in bathroom is amazing.

It's not on the main road but the street next to the police station. Breakfast closes early. Bed extra offered to the driver only with money.
