The location is very near to APSRTC bus stand and all private buses stop at very near distance. They only provide you breakfast which was packed with 4 different kinds of tiffins. Uber autoes were available and also was Swiggy. Lift is available and rooms were neat and clean. Toilets were neat and has 24 hours hot water facility. Toiletries were provided, wi-fi and TV were available. Coffee, Tea and milk powder is available in the room.

The only thing is they dont have in-house restaurant. They only provide breakfast from a 3rd party vendor. Lunch or Dinner you have to order it through Swiggy.

1)No parking facility, only a rough surfaced vacant place opposite to Lodging. 2) Mosquitoes are there. Room to be treated for removing mosquitos before occupied. But they provided a Repellant. 3) Requested breakfast serving serving person to replenish tea/coffee/ milk maid pkts etc., for kettle tea but in vain. 4) Nobody is engaged to assist luggage shifting while checkin.

Very best place for all tourists. I truly recommend this place for stay. Very near to bus stop and railway station. Very kind staff. Rooms are super clean and hyginic. The receptionist is very friendly, helped with information and details of tirumala darshanam and maps. Room is neat and breakfast is nice. When we were late from darshanam, we didn't had parking space but receptionist helped to find a parking infront of hotel. Bed is very comfortable. Had a relax sleep.

Bathroom should have been bit neat. Only 1 towel provided for 2 members, however towel was not neat, had some stains of lipstick and other marks, any way we brought our own towels and managed. Preferable to have dedicated parking for this hotel which reduce hassel for customers. Recommendation to provide handwash in bathrooms for cleaning hands.

The rooms were spacious and clean. This is a relatively new property and hence nicely maintained. The breakfast alone was disappointing as it was a packed and same on both the days. However, the staff was open to feedback and they told that soon they may open a buffet breakfast which is good to know. The staff was quick to help at every opportunity and provided us with extra towels and even cleaned the room on our request at night. Will be happy to stay here in future trips to Tirupati.

Few items like extra teapoy/ stool to keep our luggage. Solar hot water system was not working. Prope dust Bins are not provided.A little more care./ supervision towards house keeping is requested. Approach road, occupied by buses.few TV channels like SUN TV were not available.

About Hotel staff. They were polite and supportive. Booking.com showing rates excluding VAT cost which confusing during the time paying rent for the stay. But hotel staff perfectly explained the reason the charge is higher than it's showing in Booking.com and Convenienced with actual factor. one more example - we had Tirumala Drashan at evening and planning to go by walk to Tirumala through Aliperi Mettu. So we requested Hotel staff to allow parking our car opposite to Hotel and take care. They were fully supportive and taken care my car Then one more example also - My kid forgot to return the Access card while vacating the room and we went to Tirumala. After couple of hours we noticed and When I reported this to Hotel staff, They were handling very polite by saying we will manage to enter the room with alternative card sir but please return while you come take your car parker. The Hotel is near to Srinivasam and RTC bus stand. And giving great Mountain view

The Cons I have seen that they don't have closed Parking or Kitchenery but they try to manage at their best

I stayed here for one night during my visit to Tirupati and had a great experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were helpful, and made check-in smooth and hassle-free. The location was convenient, especially for those visiting the temple. good location and just walkable from bus stand and Srinivasam. New building, neat and clean rooms and beds. Breakfast delivered to room around 8AM taste was good but less quantity. Checkout time till 11.30AM. worth for last minute booking Rs.2999 for 3.

Coffee cups, kettle must be cleaned well. Limited breakfast and less quantity.
