Little bit tough to find a hotel wen we go first coz map route confusing n located in a narrow place, car parking not available can park infront of the hotel otherwise okay for a family stay.

Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a great location near the bus stand. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended for a peaceful and pleasant stay in Tirupati.

The hotel was by far neat and centrally located.

1. The outside ambience of the hotel is NOT good, rather having dilapidated look. Also, it is NOT easy to locate the Hotel even by local taxi/auto people even by using GPS. There is NO proper board visible from a distance. Also there was some other building covering the hotel entrance. 2. The Booking.com did not clearly provide whether the room displayed/chosen/reserved is AC/non-AC. I was under the impression that it was an AC room, where as, on arrival, the hotel staff told that it was non-AC room. 3. The Check-in and Check-out timings communicated through mail and the actual timings being followed by the hotel differ very much. 4. The hotel seems to be under renovation with some patches found, especially near the lift. 5. The room was provided with a double cot and a single cot. As a result no chairs were provided in the room and no space in the room either to accommodate them. 6. The outlet of waste water pipe of the AC was kept in wash room with the result the waste water is getting sprinkled causing inconvenience while using wash room. Atleast sufficient lengthy pipe could have been attached to the outlet so that the waster water directly goes to the water drain in wash room. 7. There was only a name sake TV in the room which did not have any dish/DTH connection. Though a bed light was provided, it was NOT working. 8. The commode jet was provided at more than normal distance, but the jet pipe was NOT sufficiently long. Also the water outflow from the jet was too slow to be of any use.

Room was not big and not clean except for bed. Bathrooms was not spacious taps were rusted, no separate hot and cold water. In fact after 10 am there was no water in the tap. Plug points were not working. TV was not working, AC was working but no proper control available. Hotel Access is poor and no proper parking available for our car

Room was good but they're giving a bedsheet for cover your body and coming to bathroom flush not working for 1700 it was not that much worth
