People working are very friendly Specially SATHI who welcomed me in terrific manner She is one bubbly, chirpy, helpful and will go at any level of hospitality so that customer have top notch experience with the hotel 1. She welcomed me Tika and juice 2. She made me sit on the sofa and rest and there only she onboarded 3. She explained very well all things about hotel - there facilities, in house restaurants and it's timings 4. She showed me my room and explained all facilities 5. Starting from chec- in to check-out, the overall experience was amazing. Front desk staff member Mr Rahul and Balakrishna were very polite and professional with their service.. F&B hotel restaurant staff were friendly and welcoming, too. The dining food was delicious. Kudos to the chef. Lot of food options. Buffet breakfast was amazing and delicious. Rooms were very clean and tidy. The bathrooms were well maintained.The overall experience was amazing. We love the hotel and our stay. Will definitely will come again. My family and kids all enjoyed the stay. In Tirupathi Ekante Bliss is my favourite hotel.

I loved everything about the hotel. The way we were welcomed in such a grand way. Then the Aarti and Mala. The room was beautiful. The food is fantastic. The staff were so warm ,welcoming and awesome. Mr Venkatadri brought us food and was so kind to us guided us places to visit in tirupati. Ms Kusuma planned the best Anniversary celebration for me and my Husband. And Mr Uttham Mishra took care of each and everything from our anniversary celebrations to our checkout. He even packed us some journey food. Uttham is the most kind and generous person and Mr Bimal also was the most welcoming person. He bought us cake and was there throughout. One the whole we had an awesome experience at the Ekante Bliss Hotel. Now from next time whenever I come to Tirupati I'll be staying only at the Bliss. Thankyou for such an awesome experience we had. We had a wonderful stay at Ekante Bliss in Feb 2024. The attention to detail was excellent - from making our checkin a special experience (think signature Taj welcome) to the concierge (for all the travel and food needs) and the final checkout process (including drop off at the airport). This was all possible due to a fantastic team, special mention to the front office manager Mr. Vinoth for making our stay special. We were one of the first families to visit after a change in management to IHCL SeleQtions, and it stood up every bit to the high expectations of a luxury hotel chain. Recommend strongly.

Few staff members behavior was not up to the mark of IHCL Seleqtions. Grooming of staff members should be considered. However, Esther (restaurant staff) was exceptionally good, just love her behavior and etiquettes. Actually, she should be the one taking classes of other waiters on how to behave with customers. She has superior speaking skills along with people skills, wonderful girl.

Clean , spacious rooms, beautufully decorated. Friendly staff. Staff Murali, Haritha, Bimal and Lalitha were very helpful on ensuring a comfortable stay and provided all the details required for dharshan. Its my first dharahan. Amazing ambience with warm welcome to the place with Tulsi garland, kumkum. Created coming home feeling.. Unforgettable memories...thank you

The hotel is fully renovated under IHCL. Everything is fresh and new. That best part is the amazing staff especially Mr.Vinoth and Ms.Sathi. We would definitely come back to here on our next visit to Tirupati

Some small issues like the newly laid wallpaper coming off at some places. Room dining service could be a bit faster.

Property is very well maintained. I understand it is new but still has to be maintained well so the staff is doing a stellar job in doing that . Hospitality is good .

I would prefer buffets for lunch and dinner but in the four days I have stayed one day there was no buffet dinner as I believe there was less footfall on that particular day .
