Room is of good size and stay is very pleasant. Though breakfast is not buffet, they served the breakfast to the room. It is a combo breakfast which included Idli, vada, upma, puri, masala dosa and sweet, one each. It is more than enough for one person. Front office team is very cooperative. They understood our request and extended our checkout to another 3 hours. Overall I am very happy wIth the stay.

Hard Water in the Bathroom.

Found it good except the uncomfortable bed and pillow. They did not have pillow options. Sagar was helpful in giving us an interconnected rooms as a family we liked it. But the foul smell came from the faucet persisted even after the team addressed it after couple of follow ups.

The hotel is clean and tidy and located at around 20 km away from the temple. Hotel staff is very polite and cooperative. I stayed there a night during my visit to tirupati balaji. It was the first time and I reached around at 8 am in the morning. They arranged a nice room for me in just 15mins and allowed early check-in without any charge.

Extremely helpful staff. Mr Kiran was always there to help. Nice clean rooms. The bed was comfortable. The bath was clean. Reception, check-in and check-out was very smooth.

There should be a kitchen. The staff organises the food from surrounding restaurants, and we can order online through the delivery apps, but a kitchen would have been good. Having a small fridge in the room would have helped as well especially to keep medicines.

The location was the hotel was very good, very close to Padmavathi temple. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. though the hotel did not have restaurant whenever we ordered coffee or tea they immediately provided from near by hotels. Complimentary breakfast was also provided and it was good.
