This is a fantastic hotel. Our rooms were very comfortable. Great location, great service friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious. Good value for the money. The location is just perfect. Would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again if I'm back in Tirupati.

parking could have been better , I had to park my vehicle outside and no proper security was provided. There is no separate parking space for this stay. Hot water facility was not functional.

Staff was very cooperative and helpful and helped us in managing our darshan booking also and the rooms are value for money and when we requested to keep our belongings safe while we went for darshan and they agreed upon everything

location was good for Tirumala darsham. the call center staff were excellent in accommodating my booking change request even quite late, which i believe others wont do. i had to cut short a days trip and they didnt charge me anything. Plus they gave me a late checkout when requested. Room was clean, hot water was there, everything else was perfect for a short stay.

the front office staff were contradicting on the policies on late check out, but the call center sorted all those for me with a single call. thanks to them. nothing to say bad.
