Large pool The room is spacious and clean. The cleaning staff is nice and listens to everything. There is all the equipment in the room like at home. Better than a hotel The supermarket in the complex is worth a cheap price.

Would prefer it to be for families only, no groups or friends The pool needs better cleaning, there are a lot of insects. Personally, I would prefer an open breakfast buffet all the time, but unfortunately it's only two days a week, Saturday and Sunday. The other days they bring you a plate with a few things on it.

Been before. Great location, with a huge pool. Good gym and sauna. Room was a good size again and had everything we needed.

Only had room cleaned twice in 10 nights. Had to get own towels. Did not seem very busy so may have had low stuff as not needed elsewhere. Lots of midges, flying bugs this time round that we didn’t notice the last time we stayed. My wife and I have been bitten alive.

the only thing I didn’t like was that the glass on the balcony was dirty so cleaned it myself and there was pigeon poop on the balcony too which can cause illness

Short of supplies. Not enough cutlery - kitchen half equipped. No hair dryer in the room. When we asked for a hair dryer they brought us one with broken wires - apparently the socket was also not stable . So I could not use it due to the fact that I could get electricity strike. Very very dangerous !

The complex itself is very nice. There is a large swimming pool and restaurant, food delivery to the apartments. The staff at reception are polite and attentive.The bed is big and comfortable.

I was not satisfied with the cleanliness of the shower cubicle.And the hot water heating should be switched on in advance, it is not comfortable.As it takes a long time to wait for hot water.

the second apartment we were in was lovely no complaints whatsoever highly recommend a pool view also try to avoid the ground floor as our first apartment was the ground floor the reception staff were friendly and helpful I’d also recommend hiring a car as there isn’t much around that area at all overall was a great holiday we will definitely be returning next year

we stayed in B block to begin with I requested to be moved as there was an infestation of ants , cupboard doors hanging off the kitchen area and the water wasn’t draining after having a shower so ended up with big puddles inthe bathroom. we were moved to a pool view apartment on the 3rd floor after 4 days. the restaurant was mediocre at best some of the waiters were lovely some just didn’t want to be there, also can we just talk about the fact THEY DONT SERVE TURKISH CUISINE being from north London we have an abundance of Turkish restaurants so we got better food being at home!

The location and room sizes are good.

The pool wasnt always clean and our towels were taken away and dumped in a bag with many others when we went to their restaurant for lunch break. we come back to towels gone and a new family sitting on our beds. no warning to say you are not allowed to leave your towels and take a lunch break even though its all on site at courtyard and we hadnt left the premises

Friendly staff, great communication using whats app, very clean, perfect for families with children with the pools, park, mini golf, water slides etc. food in the restaurant was lovely.

Being picky because everything was fantastic except the general Car parking area could be better as it’s currently an unmarked gravel area so a free for all at parking.

We loved this complex a lot. Great long swimming pool with separate small swimming pool for kids. Always had enough sun beds and umbrellas. So green and lovely territory Children played golf and on the playground. Water slides are also appreciated. We had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant. Good service and very tasty food. There is a great gym and indoor pool on site. The children's room is good with a teacher for supervision. Loved the massage at the spa. The security guard helped us figure out where to look for a car service, as they had a punctured wheel. We visited Famagusta and Kirenia.

The only thing was weird. We were there for 10 days and waited 5 days for our room to be cleaned, but no one came. After a reminder at the reception, the cleaners came, but at 17-00 when we returned from the trip and were tired with the children, we had to leave our room. The second time after 4 days again there was no cleaning and when we asked at the front desk, the cleaners came and again in the evening. The path to the beach with children is not so short, so we took a car, it was more convenient.

The swimming pool was nice and big with 3 water slidesfor kids. Also the one for kids was spacious. Nice amenities and nice staff. Though some of them had problems understanding basic English. The room was better than expected with plenty of space and a generous veranda. We had in our suite fridge with freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, stove, microwave, kettle, sandwich maker, plates and utensils for the kitchen.

They didn't have a breakfast buffet. They just have ONE restaurant for everything. For breakfast, for lunch, for dinner, for swimming pool. And because there is no buffet is sort of difficult to please the kids, not knowing what the dishes will look like, or if they will like it. And I must mention that everything is à la carte, even the breakfast and quite poor. Even if you want a coffee for your breakfast it's extra charge. The other thing that was a minus was the Housekeeping. We stood 4 nights and 5 days and after my requests they barely did a mop on the 4th day. Not even changing the sheets or toilet paper or shower gel, nothing. We even had to buy our own toilet paper and shower gel and shampoo.
