It was a great pleasure to stay again at Palm Beach Hotel. Excellent location just beside Varosha, it is easy to get a tour to Varosha just walking 500 m far from the Hotel. The beach front provides you excellent swimming and snorkeling possibilities, under water life is relatively rich at this part of the beach, my daughter and me were swimming with a big turtle, it was a lifetime experience for us! Breakfast is excellent too!

At the top floor without AC operation the room temperature was high in August, most probably the heat insulation of the roof is not the best of the Hotel, meanwhile staff was nice to reaccommodate us to the ground floor where everything was OK!

Great location on the beach . Nice cold outdoor pool to swim in as well as an indoor heated pool and on the beach . Clean room , friendly staff. Great food on the buffet and lots of it . I liked that the chefs came to the buffet topping up so you could see and chat to them . Great bar with sea views lots of choices on cocktails . Reasonable prices . Also lots of sun beds and chairs with parasols so no rush to reserve lol

Not a lot to put here to be honest . Would be good if they had crisps as well as nuts to go with drinks at bar as I can eat nuts . Small issue Also worth knowing they don’t want you to go to supermarket and buy your own things to eat or drink . It’s not expensive in hotel but I bought own crisps as they never had as I mentioned

We had amazing vacation here! The food was always very delicious and the beach is beautiful and the sea is perfectly clear. The pool (indoor & outdoor) was very nice and clean, the water gets changed frequently.. The staff is very friendly and they are working with perfection! We really loved being there and would go there again! The hotel was about 10-15minutes from the border so we could go to the greek part of cyprus pretty easy with rental car.

The staff could learn to speak english a little better so that they understand you well.. for example for the roomservice we had to go order at the reception because the staff from the restaurant didn‘t understand us on the phone.. One little bummer when we arrived was, that the room we got smelled like someone had just smoked a pack of cigaretts in there.. we couldn‘t stay in the room for a second! When we told the guy from the reception he immediately gave us another room with sea view just like we booked and everything was perfect from then on.. I‘m just asking myself how someone can give permission to give the room to guests when it smells so terrible..

I loved the beach side. I loved the massage in their spa with 20% off for hotel residents. Thanks to Ms. Sally's lovely massage techniques. I loved the mini gym with all the equipments available. I loved the restaurant room services for the good food and consideration for my Gluten intolerance.

Only the dirty carpets.

nice breakfast with a view of Varosha, Dinners so-so. Room a bit small but functional enough. Public areas very nice. We had two surprisingly excellent cocktails at the bar. Location, for us, was superb and the main reason we chose this hotel, as we had come to Famagusta specifically to see the ghost town of Varosha, which is just steps away from the hotel. For getting to the Old Town of Famagusta we hired a taxi, as it would have been too long a walk from this location. Plenty of free parking was appreciated.

As the hotel was at low capacity (maybe ten other guests) the buffet dinner that was promised to be included didn't happen. Instead it was a la carte and as non-meat eaters we struggled to find something we might like.

I should have booked a sea view room as the sea view was much nicer than the "garden view". Not everyone would like the proximity to the "dead hotels" in Vorosha but we didn't mind. In fact we went for a long walk around the ruined buildings.

We had three wonderful days. Everything was just as we had dreamt about. A very comfortable room, friendly and professional staff, excellent breakfast, very tasty a la carte dinner options and the best of it all: the location directly at the sandy beach is fantastic. We will definitely return to Palm Beach

The breakfast was royal with an amazing mix of cuisines and a live kitchen. So many varieties with ingredients bought off the best companies in town... for example, there were 12-15 kinds of jams! Quality and quantity were too exceptional. I had asked them to do something special for our stay as were celebrating our first wedding anniversary. They upgraded our room to junior suite with sea view and put a giant heart-shaped pillow on our bed; it was so kind of them to do that for us. The location is marvelous as well, the view and the silence.... too good.

I wouldn't say I didn't like it but I wish they had been a little clear about the indoor pool and gym usage: tdhey are paid and not free. Only massages were marked as "additional price" while I was booking... apparently not!

Beach and location, lovely clean hotel great bar space and views from all directions will definitely come back and recommend if you want a chilled break We had B&B breakfast was lovely lots of choices
