This is a decent place in a good location close to some nice beaches and the restaurants in the area are lovely first things to note are the rooms are basic, the beds and sofas are basic and hard, the kitchen is a fridge, kettle, toaster and hob, though I didn't fancy turning the hob on as I could see the wiring underneath, there was work being carried out while we were there lots of painting and things as they get ready for the season, the pool bar opened on the 4th day we were there so its not open before April, the pool area and gardens are nice, everything is clean and staff are very nice and friendly, towels and beds are changed everyday and the restaurant is superb. Room security was a problem for us as we have a child who is a flight risk, and locking the door was a problem as they can just be opened from the inside, so we had to improvise with a tin opener, to stop him from getting out, also the balcony locks need to be renewed, the fire alarm in the kitchen was filled with expanding foam but the one in the bedroom was new, overall for the price we paid it was good enough, just keep the basic word in mind and you'll be fine

Excellent location, on the Kennedy avenue, walking distance from all the beach's and near three supermarket's, lot of good restaurants and extraordinary fast food (Delicious). Nice swimming pool whit a nice bar. They are cleaning, changing towels, even sheets, daily. We didn't prepare our food, but as I saw, there's almost everything you need if you decide to do so. Nice king size bad, if needed can be separated in to two singles. Enough storage space.

Like every where near the sea, apartment had a moisture in the walls. For a little kid, that can cause certain health problem's. We had caugh attacks for a few mornings. Sofas could be more cozy.

The apartments are close to local amenities the pool is of a good size plenty of beds mind you if you like the sea then you will go there , the Rooms a re basic but clean you get what you pay for , being a larger chap a wet room would be better rather than a shower cubicle the room is basic but the price reflects this again a lovely place with a happy feeling. a few restaurants Bars beaches all walking distance a must visit would be captain Karas own restaurant , and Faliros which is a few doors down recommend both just a short drive or bus into Pernera or Protaras or if you feel energetic a walk into both is achievable along the the sea front passing a few beaches a stunning walk which has been manually modified to be able to walk , first you will come into Pernera then around the head straight into Protaras ,once ion Protaras you have to visit Fig tree bay . further afield is a bay called Konnos beach

Cyprus is stunning don't dislike anything people are so friendly it supports your stay

You get what’s advertised, simple (and a bit old tbh) apartment, spacious enough with a view of the pool and grass area. Got a pool bar operating and attached to the reception area are two of their restaurants where quality food is served for a good price. Cold pool, big enough to fit a lot of people, enough sun beds to accommodate for the people staying there.

Old air-conditioning units, water pressure is non existent, so bad you’re actually forced to hold the hose to rinse off. No shower gels so bring your own or buy in a kiosk. Would really appreciate some kitchen roll, nowhere to be found sadly.

first class room had everything even wall mounted TV. .a nice little oasis with a RESTURANT Attached next door. big clean pool in a large grassed Area Essex Totty behind the pool bar lol.. this little Oasis is handy for Protaras and Nisi beach..i would upgrade it to a 5 star Budget Accomadation. the patio was larger than our room and over looked the large pool I travelled over from my Home in Tala nr Pafos..will i travel over again..? yes i will Indeed. bar closes early..

Lovely outdoors area and surroundings, big rooms, very spacious, clean, we loved it.

We were in October, maybe summer time is different but it was very quiet. I think the pool bar was closed at 6 pm and there was no entertainment at all. So it is brilliant for people who want to go to sleep early or go out somewhere all the time, the perfect place to stay, but for entertainment you have to go out. The apartment was outdated but for this price I wouldn't expect a castle

The place is very clean, has a good view on a pool. Airconditioning works ok (the weather was cold and windy), we were satisfied with everything

The room had a kettle but no tea at all. We forgot to bring it with us. But it is ok for this price, i think. No shampoo in the bathroom either. The weather was horrible and we needed the blankets. And one of them had holes in it. But apart from that the room was very clean and the front-desk lady was super friendly.

Nice apartment, near to grocery store, restaurants, coffee house and more.. Nice people at the reception and at the hotel restaurant. I had excellent time there. The apartment facilities is equiped with plates, oven, glasses microwave etc. Thank you!

The ac in the rooms are too small to my opinion, although it functioned well and kept me warm at the cold nights.

Staff very helpful and friendly and always smiling. 2 bed Apartment clean & good size Plenty of sunbeds, nice clean pool Fab pool side bar, that serves a good choice of food & drink

The sofa (beds) in lounge area were in need of an update or replacement. The foam was minimal and could feel the wooden slats underneath so wouldn't like to have had to use as a bed

This place is awesome. Yes you have friendly stuff and all but... Would You like to go swiming/beach..no problem, Would you like to stay and swim in pool....no problem. Would like to cook for 10ppl in hotel room...no problem, would you like to eat in nice CHEAP,TEASTY restaurant downstairs...no problem. I love them, I like brits atmosphere, and Scottish prices there. Will visit again.
