If you are looking for a quieter, more peaceful place within Protaras, offering all the facilities for a relaxing holiday, you will find it here. A tidy garden full of flowers and a lawn as thick as a plush carpet. With a gradually deepening swimming pool, suitable for swimming, and a small children's pool for the little ones. There is a separate shower and changing room in the poolside toilet area, should you want to go for a swim after you check out. There are a sufficient number of loungers and umbrellas around the pools if you fancy a read in the shade or just want to freshen up with a cocktail or a drink. Supermarket with reasonable prices, opening directly from the hotel lobby. A large covered terrace is available, so you can enjoy your breakfast or lunch in the shade. Pernera Beach can be reached in 2 minutes on the hotel's own paved path, the stone is a little slippery, so care should be taken. The staff are friendly, helpful and good at what they do. Overall, this is a family friendly hotel where you can feel that high standards of hospitality are paramount. We would definitely return again.

These are rather minor observations. Two small soccer goals could be placed on the back lawn, maybe the kids who like to play soccer would like that. A European standard charging adaptor could be provided for the duration of the stay.

A good choice for reasonable price. The most lovely private way to the beach only in few minutes and in few meters. The nearest beach to the hotel is Pernera beach. It is very good beach with all that you need: umbrellas, sun beds, showers. A lot of local people choose to spend vacations with families there . The area is quite enough and perfect for families with children. The hotel is located not far from Protaras so you can go for a walk there or to have fun. In Protaras there are Luna park and show of dancing fountains, a lot of shops, restaurants etc. We choose accommodation on half board. Breakfast was quit good. Everybody can find something to eat. The dinner was by menu or buffet, it depends on how many people reserve the dinner. When the dinner was by menu the portions were so so so big. I haven’t seen such big portions in my life. Dinner by menu consists of three dishes that you can choose: one appetizer, one main meal and one dessert. Nice stuff. We have an early flight and receptionist offer us lunch box. It was very sweet. Great location, excellent food and very kind staff!

The location is excellent, very easy access to the sea. In general it’s a good experience. Room was spacious, everything was really good for the price we paid (also breakfast included). There is a very good restaurant super close to the hotel (Dome). I liked that it was not very noisy area, in general we were satisfied.

There is no dishwashing liquid or sponge in the room although kitchen is available. The toilet paper in our room was dirty (there were some stains , most likely the previous guests left it…). Also there were some older stains on the doors and sofa also didn’t look like the most clean… BUT bedsheets and towels were clean so all good with that. Only instant coffee available at breakfast.

superb breakfast the hotel was very clean the room was cleaned every day. very helpful and friendly staff, good location to get to all tavernas and a short walk to the beach.

the parasols around the pool are fixed in position to the ground at midday there is no shade given by these. at the time of our stay in may the temps wert to bad but could be problem july and august as temps reach 30 deg +.

The staff, location, food and service was exceptional. We had a studio, it was a good size, clean and had everything we needed. The bed was a little hard but we put a folded blanket under the sheet. The rooms were cleaned every day and towels replaced as needed. The chef and staff were very approachable, friendly and accommodating. The breakfast and evening meal were allergy coded and there was always a selection to choose from. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Livas Hotel Apartments was a lovely place to stay. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The balcony offered a nice view and was perfect for relaxing in the evening. The location is great, just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. A great value for money, we would happily return!

This hotel is soo much nicer than what I expected based on the pictures seen on booking.com. I can't understand why the owners don't update and take professional photos of the hotel and facilities. Everything was very clean and the staff as helpful as possible. Also there's a nice little beach close by.

Not a bad thing but by comparing it with similar hotels the breakfast offered was quite basic (but good).

I absolutely loved this place! The hotel was super clean and it looked like it had been recently refurbished which was great. The staff were super friendly and we met the owners (who serve in the hotel) and they were lovely. I would not hesitate to come here again. We are a family of 4 (2 kids under 12) and the room was really spacious as there were two sofa beds in the main room plus a separate bedroom for my wife and I. I was surprised as I've stayed at expensive hotels and they weren't as spacious and the beds were comfy. I normally struggle to sleep in hotels but not here. We went half board and I was glad I did. The breakfast was good and I loved the al la carte dinners (which they offered when the buffet wasn't running). The food at this place is great and not pricey compared to other hotels I've stayed at. The pork chops were huge (that might be a Cyprus thing) and the chips were like what you get from fish and chip shop in the UK but better due to the Cyprus potatoes. There were plenty of options for my super fussy kids and the staff were more than happy to amend an order if needed. They have a small shop connected to the hotel with water, snacks and other items at good prices. The swimming pool is bigger than what the photos make out and my kids were in there all day. We also went to the beach which was a 3 minute walk from the back of the hotel. There were no rowdy people and we would definitely come back again. I can see why everyone rated this hotel so high.

The local area isn't great but there's no real reason to go out of the hotel if you are looking for a relaxing holiday either at the beach or at a hotel with a pool. Sometimes the sun beds get taken up really quickly.

Very good noise insulation, good bar pricelist, well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Very friendly staff. There is a shop in the premises which is very handy. The beach is a 2-3min walk and it's great for families, without waves and it has shallow waters. Also, good variety on the dinner buffet. Rooms are very spacious and clean.

There should be more sunbeds and umbrellas around the pool. Pitty that you have to get there very early to grab a set. That is the only one, but important let down. Other than that, we have two comments, one being the pillows were a bit thick and stiff and the second is that the urinals in the pool area flush manually, which is not easy to realise
