We stayed at the hotel for 6 nights, and the service was excellent and courteous. The room was spacious and met all our needs (couple + 2). Food: A varied but consistent breakfast: cheeses, vegetables, omelets, a fried egg station, a cornflakes station, fruits, and a pizza station. Lunch & Dinner A selection of meats + sides + a pizza and pasta station. I didn't see anyone leave hungry. Pool food: Fixed menu Burger / Nuggets / Fries / Salads / Sandwiches Several different types of ice cream balls. Large pool + Adults-only pool (for those who want peace away from the kids) Water Park: Open from 10 AM to 1 PM and from 2 PM to 6 PM. For the kids and even for us, it was great; we enjoyed it very much. Kid attractions: In two words: simply perfect. First of all, there is a children's room in the hotel with a small but nice play area. There are plenty of activities both during the day and in the evening Location: A 3-minute walk from the main street. 10-15 minutes walk to the beach, depending on the walking pace. Highly recommended, and who knows, maybe we'll come back (:

The only thing we were disappointed about was the temperature of the water in the pool - it was simply cold, and on certain days we couldn't enter the pool, which is a shame (even though I asked in advance via email and they said the water temperature was 26 degrees - that was not the case).

Everything was just perfect! We were 2 adults with 3 children. We had a room with terrace facing the main pool and restaurant, so we could leave our 5 years old twins with their younger sister at the room when they didn't want to go to lunch or dinner. We just kept the terrace door open to be able on one hand to watch them directly from the restaurant and on the other, they could call us if any problem. The location is also good. There are Lidle (super market) and a small Luna Park nearby. Shops and restaurants alley is also in 2 min walk from the hotel.

The hotel is a great place for the whole family. The service was great: reception staff, entertainment team, bar team, restaurant staff, cleaning staff etc`.Everyone was professional, kind and welcoming. Rooms are so clean and comfortable, everything you need for great holiday is there. The bar: all drinks were good quality, good taste, all barman were so good, fast and professional. At the reception the staff was always helping with every question, so kind. Overall we would definitely recommend sunrise Oasis to our friend and will be back again

The quality of food is not so good: not much choice, most of the time meat was not hot, so it's not that tasty. It would be great if you will improve the food quality and more choice

The hotel is the most amazing place for families! The facilities for children are the best we have found in Protaras. The one bedroom apartment was spacious, clean, well equipped and big enough for a family of 5. The food was varied, fresh and suited all appetites. The staff, particularly on reception were exceptional. We loved it so much that we have booked again for August!

There were no negatives apart from the holiday had to end.

It is quite comfortable place with very professional and friendly stuff everywhere - start from reception till restaurant, entertainment guys and bar stuff. A separate word to lifeguard fellas - NO ONE is playing his smartphone. Furthermore, yesterday, in situation when little 3 years old girl accidentally ran into pool the lifeguard without a single hesitation jumped there and saved her immediately!! That approach of hotel and their brilliant personnel to safety matters was very much impressive! Well done!

The kids really liked the water slides and the pool in general. We, my wife and myself, thought the room was just what we needed and the dining area and food in general was good and diverse. The staff was really lovely, and everything was running smoothly. The all inclusive "feature" was fun and it was great having the freedom to drink alcohol and eat whenever we wanted.

The kids "club" was just ok, the staff there tried their best but maybe due to language differences the kids couldn't participate in most of the activities. The evening entertainment was super basic and even embarrassing at times (I want to exclude the Freddie Mercury tribute show which was funny because the performer was self aware of the whole situation). The alcohol variety was basic but it was good enough. The thing that bothered me the most was the lack of quiet areas, especially at night. The lobby was always noisy with kids and other groups, even late at night (even at midnight) and the outside area was always with music. The exception was the bar at the adults pool area but it was closed at night.

We liked nearly everything! Amazing pools and slides, amazing all-inclusive food and drinks, close to the sea and exceptionally beautiful beaches, close to the main strip. I saw lots of complaints about kids' entertainment, but we absolutely loved it. Our 6 y.o. and 1 y.o. danced at minidisco every night and had a blast, there were muppet show, magic show, soap bubbles show, mini golf and other activities. The stuff is just amazing! Both kids really miss them now :) the stuff in the restaurant is incredibly friendly and nice, our 1 y.o. got some friends in there and was really looking forward to each meal just to see them 😊

The only not perfect thing was beds. We thought that sofa beds were quite hard to sleep on, we asked for extra mattresses, got them, but it didn't really help.

Clean rooms, good roomsize. Adult pool view is nice, quiet and with chill music. Bar service is exellent, I can´t imagine how they handle this amount of people, it was crazy. The food was good! I like when the choise is not that big, but always fresh and good quality. Drinks included in AI are good: local wines, gin gordon, jack daniels whiskey.

All sunbeds have towels without any people on since 8:00 am, but Fig tree bay beach is very close, so we didn´t struggle much. The hotel is not for couplse without children, we were with our 2 kids, but even for us it was too much of run and scream. Each evening show is mini disco, despite what is happening on the stage, but that´s a family hotel, so can´t complain much.

The staff is great, kind helpful and gives everything we need. The water park is great for kids also the main pool is great with smart designed for families. The food was good but I think is more adjust for the UK kitchen at least this is what I noticed.

The room we got was very simple and looked not maintained. The doors were old and broken on the corners, the walls are plain white without any design which gave us a hospital feeling. The bed was not comfortable and laked power sockets neer the beds.

It was such a family oriented hotel that if your child was having a meltdown, hey you are not alone! We loved the fact that upon checking in you were also allocated your sunbeds so you don't have to wake up at 5am to "reserve" one. We loved the fact that upon check out we didn't feel kicked out. We kept our sunbeds and bracelet and we could still use the facilities until we actually left the hotel. We loved the salad bar!! And the food was also kid friendly but tasty too. We absolutely loved the fact they were also promoting restaurants outside the hotel facilities. This way the all inclusive deals have the opportunity to go outside the hotel too. The water park kept our little one soooo busy and happy!!!

Felt a bit pricy for a 2 night stay for 3 ppl.
