The lady at reception (I’m so sorry I don’t think I took her name) was absolutely amazing. So kind, helpful and understanding. The night staff was great also and supplied us with some bandages when my husband hurt his hand. Beautiful clean room, plus thank you so much for the added touch for my husband’s birthday. Lovely bar staff and delicious cocktails! Breakfast lovely also. Will definitely be back. Best wishes for the rest of the season ❤️

Everything was as in photos and description. Staff was welcoming and helpful, we got a bit earlier check in and also room upgrade to a sea view. Everything was extremely clean and breakfast was tasteful. 5min walk to Fig tree bay. Highly recommended!

The hotel's location is truly unbeatable—right on the vibrant Protaras Strip, offering easy access to the beach, shops, and restaurants. It's a perfect hub for your Protaras adventure! The room was clean and comfortable, but what made the experience unique was Hara Petrou at the reception. She was warm and welcoming when I arrived, making me feel at home. Her helpfulness and friendly attitude truly enhanced my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic location and the exceptional service from Hara and the team! I can't wait to come back.

The hotel is right on the main strip with lots of resturants and bars and shops nearby. The hotel had a secure carpark which was excellent. the hotel is well kept and everything was spotlessly clean. The bedroom was as the pictures and our balcony looked onto the sea whcih was lovely. The bed was very comfortable and the TV was a decent size with many english channels and music ( hits from the 90's) Tea and coffee and a bottle of water in the room. The breakfast was lovely a mixture of Cypriot snacks like tahini and olive pie and the usual eggs bacon and continental choices .

I will happily stay again in the hotel and there wasn't anything i didnt like. we were staying the week before Easter so the resort was quite quiet - given we were in block A (Room A304)at the front of the hotel looking onto the street and with a seaview there was a bit of noise from people coming back to their accomodation but as I sleep like a log I heard nothing but my husband got woken up - just people chatting louldy :) The hotel do supply ear plugs !

Beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean, with finest breakfast, 200m from the most beautiful beach (Fig Tree) in Potaras. The staff serving breakfast is excellent; friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the room is impeccable. Excellent value for money. This is our second stay at this hotel and we hope to return. Highly recommended.

Nothing to complain about during our previous stay, but this time the reception staff were not always professional in their dealings with guests. The air conditioning in the room did not work but as it was late October this was not a major problem.

Hotel is well located, near the beach and near the highway if you want to use the rent a car to explore the island, private parking is big and easy to access. It is on the main walking street with lots of restaurants and bars around. We had breakfast included and it was outstanding, it had various choices, it was all delicious and beverage options were great. Rooms were just what we needed, spacious, clean, towels and sheets were changed every day. Extra bed for our child was good and could be moved easily. Hotel staff was top notch! Olga at the reception was very helpful, gave us good info when we arrived and was always available when we had some questions. Cleaning crew was outstanding and as mentioned everything was clean. Staff at the breakfast was great, they were keeping the breakfast tables clean and available, they removed the plates from the guests that have finished their meal very fast and always refreshed the food. I really recommend this hotel and we will definitely book it again when we come to Cyprus again. 😊

Sometimes it tends to get a bit noisy from the bars at night that are near. We didn't have problem with that, we slept really well and once balcony is closed you can't hear it, but someone who needs complete silence to sleep might find that as a problem.

Clean, tidy, nice pool area, nice little bar. Beds comfortable, sea view, fab friendly helpful staff, especially Maya and Antonis, out the front door and on the strip, beach at fig tree only minutes away..101 and 102 buses pass all day long to Paralimni Agia Napa Pernera. Cheers, only Fools Love Boat Rockefeller's and Reves bars minutes away ab fab restaurants and above all else.trouble free.... And some fab entertainment on the strip every night... .What's not to like We ve used this lovely hotel I think 5 times now and are booked again before this season shuts down ....

Great location, really a few minutes walk from one of the nicest beaches in the area (Fig Tree bay). Good sized rooms, but bathroom is a bit small. All very clean, and well maintained, including the generously sized swimming pool. Friendly staff, and probably the best breakfast in this price range, with great variety. The hotel has it's own parking, only accessible to guests, this adds a lot, as many hotels will not have this, forcing you to park as you can (and no space)

Upon arrival, even if it was confirmed earlier, we had no bed for the kid, so had to wait until the staff brought one. It is great that the hotel has a parking for guests, the space is limited, and if arriving late, you might have no space to park. At checkout (need to leave rooms by 12:00), we got locked out during leaving the room at 11:55, so could not return for the last suitcase.

The room was clean and much confortable. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety. Location is on spot as it is on the most central road with the best beaches and restaurants around. No need to take car and there was a free private parking so that was very helpful. Would definetely stay there again!

Dispite the fact that our given room was on the highest floor, the noise from the road could not be avoided. Anyway after 1:00am the situation was better. As we had a newborn that was a little bit important but if a couple or friends stay I think there will be any disruption.
