The lady at reception (I’m so sorry I don’t think I took her name) was absolutely amazing. So kind, helpful and understanding. The night staff was great also and supplied us with some bandages when my husband hurt his hand. Beautiful clean room, plus thank you so much for the added touch for my husband’s birthday. Lovely bar staff and delicious cocktails! Breakfast lovely also. Will definitely be back. Best wishes for the rest of the season ❤️

The location is perfect. It was a short walk to the beautiful sandy beach and all the amenities including mini markets & kiosks, pharmacy, boutiques, bars, cafes and restaurants. For those who have a car, there is a car park to the rear for guests, which is so convenient and saves any stress from having to find parking nearby. We had a great mini break and have already booked our return later in the year. The room was nice with everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable.

Our room was facing the busier side of the hotel, so on the first evening we found it a little difficult to sleep. The second night we slept well, so perhaps it's a case of getting used to a little more noise that we have at home. There is a block to the rear so we are hoping next time our room will be on the quieter side. The bathroom was modern but could do with a few simple design additions/features such as a toilet roll holder and soap dispenser by the sink positioned differently to avoid a mess on the below table and floor. The shower glass is also quite narrow so the water tends to trickle into the bathroom and the floor becomes quite slippy. Larger and softer towels would also be a welcome upgrade.

Everything was as in photos and description. Staff was welcoming and helpful, we got a bit earlier check in and also room upgrade to a sea view. Everything was extremely clean and breakfast was tasteful. 5min walk to Fig tree bay. Highly recommended!

No complaints.

1.Perfect location for beach and eating out. 2.Any problems with the room were quickly resolved . 3.car park very handy 4.Staff were really helpful 5. Hotel spotlessly clean. 6. Great sea view room

1. Bathroom was very small with no ventilation and water from the walk in shower often crept into the floor. 2.Not much atmosphere particularly in the evenings 3. I was hoping that the hotel would have traditional Greek pastries at breakfast time rather than croissants and danish pastries. Nevertheless there was plenty to choose from. 4.To get a towel for the beach you had to leave a refundable cash deposit . We didn't have cash and so couldn't have one. 5.Aircon was not great.

We stayed here for 4 nights and everything was great. The staff were friendly, the room was cleaned daily, and the breakfast was varied. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the beach and surrounded by many restaurants. There are lockers available if you need to store your baggage, and there's also a separate shower room outside the hotel—perfect if you have a late flight and want to spend the day at the beach. Overall, a really great experience!

Just a side note: Our room faced the pool (an inward-facing view), which was perfectly fine. However, I imagine that rooms facing the main street might be noisier due to the nearby restaurants and bars.

It was definitely a pleasant 3 days stay! The hotel is in the center of Protaras within a walking distance from all supermarkets/cafes/restaurants and the beautiful public beaches of the area. The breakfast was great. During our arrival at the hotel we were welcomed with a room upgrade to an amazing sea view room which was totally a plus.

The only little thing which has nothing to do with the hotel actually is the noise from the streets in front of the hotel because of the fact that is in the center of Protaras with many amenities around it gets pretty busy at night with a lot of noise from cars passing by and a lot of people

Walking distance to two of the main beaches in Protaras. It's also close to local amenities, such as restaurants, pharmacies and shops. The hotel is well maintained and the bed is comfortable. There is a balcony in the rooms and even if we were facing the street, we weren't bothered much by the noise. The swimming pool is also decent and there is parking available. The price was also decent for Protaras.

Although the parking was available, when we arrived the parking lot was full. They told us to park on the back of the hotel. This would be fine if we could leave the car park nicely. This wasn't the case as someone had stopped a car blocking the way out and we had a stressful time to exit. This isn't the hotel's fault, but they should have noticed the owner to remove the car. Apart from that, there was a foul smell coming out of the bathroom that we couldn't get rid of and the balcony was quite dusty.

The hotel is modern and very clean and offers very good breakfast with high quality ingredients (best breakfast we've had among 4 hotels we've stayed on in Cyprus). Location is also nice, near 2 very good beach options and close to shops and restaurants.

Finding the space in the hotel's parking can be a bit challenging at higher occupancy rates, as there are much fewer spaces than hotel rooms. However for us the biggest problem was the loud music at night coming from the nearby bar, starting at 10pm and continuing well after 2am... if we visited at warmer time of the year when you want to keep your window open to get some fresh air, that noise would be an absolute nightmare and even now with the closed windows it was still affecting the quality of our sleep. Frankly, I don't understand why in the family-type destination the hotel owners nearby put up with that noise, but for that reason we wound never consider it for our summer holidays.

Location, interior and breakfast menu are exceptional. Pool is very nice and comfortable. I loved the books shelves with variety to read and small secluded area that you can take rest away from crowds.

Loud pub across the road on Friday night prompted us to change the room leaving us with stuff in the locker without room for a half day next day. And we got smaller bathroom. There are no shower curtain and it’s open shower which is nice but you land out having water all over the floor and no ventilation, minor point but it was a little bother for me.

We had a great stay at this hotel with our two little kids (1 and 3 years old). It was super clean — housekeeping came every day, and everything always felt fresh and tidy. The breakfast had something for everyone, including options for our little ones, which we really appreciated. The small kids’ pool was a nice extra, and the beach was just a short 5-minute walk away, even with a stroller. We really think this place, and Protaras in general, is perfect for a family holiday in Cyprus — especially if you’re not into all-inclusive resorts.

Just a heads-up: if you’re coming with a stroller, it’s a good idea to ask not to be placed in Building B, where we stayed, because there are a few steps to climb to reach the elevator, and carrying the stroller up and down wasn’t fun.
