Amazing hotel with amazing people that made our stay even better ! Every single person that works there is helpful kind and cheery !. Hotel itself is situated in a beautiful area ! Right next to the beach with crystal clear water!. Rooms were cleaned everyday and the room itself was amazing with beautiful view, very clean and spacious! We had all inclusive, which was great as well ! Delicious drinks and food together with snacks between the main meals ! We all loved it ❤️ also it’s only like 3/5 min walk from all the shops that we loved shopping at 🥰 I could not recommend this hotel enough! Thank you for a wonderful stay and hope to be back there soon ! 🥰🌊☀️

-location is superb, with direct access to a beautiful beach, and a short walking distance to downtown with access to many restaurants, play areas and shops. -the staff are kind and professional -great value for money -plenty of playgrounds around the hotel, and along the road by the beach -we had the breakfast package only, and it worked well as there are plenty of good restaurants around to try. -the Italian restaurant in the hotel was amazing, highly recommended!

there is nothing we didn't like as the property met our expectations, as the pictures listed match the reality. -the spa services are a bit modest. It can benefit from a revamp -the breakfast would benefit from some more variation, like for example there were limited fres fruits options and no nuts for musli corner. But again - it is nothing major -good to bear in mind the hotel does not offer luxurious facilities, you get what you pay for which I think was great value for money.

Our suite was really spacious with a spectacular balcony and the best sea view I have ever had. The location is superb. The two smaller pools and proximity to the beach were perfect for my kid. Dinner was actually good, with a lot of food variations and choices.

Breakfast was average at best, the food and drinks are of low quality for a 4-star hotel. The 2-in-1 shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom is the cheapest one you can find on the market. It is very noisy at night, with extremely loud music played from the neighboring cafes.

Excellent service, I would especially like to give the highest marks to the waitress Karina and the bartender Igor, as well as Inga the SPA worker and the masseuse Konstantina.

There were no disposable shampoos in the room, only shower gel. I was on vacation from 04/13/2024 to 04/19/2024 and 04/15/2024 was my birthday and I was congratulated with two small bottles of dry wine, which were left in the room along with a card. I don't drink dry wine, I prefer sweets. It would be a good idea to ask what kind of wine they prefer. But overall the holiday was very pleasant.

I loved lying out on the beach, swimming and enjoying life. I want to especially mention Marianna, who works the beach bar with a great smile on her face. She has plenty of business but manages to always make a great cocktail and tells you, “I hope you really, really enjoy your time.” She remembers your name and room number almost instantly too. I’ve been all over the world and to many bars and Marianna is the best at what she does.

I cannot recall ever being frustrated or annoyed with anything so I’m going to say that this place is very nice!

Loved breakfast and the location. Our first day there the manager approached us and asked if we were guests at the vrisaki, which was a little awkward, he probably could have just asked for our room number. As we had reserved 2 rooms and a suite. There was 5 of us.

There was always loud music being played around the pool, mostly hip hop. It would be nice to have maybe some greek music. Or sometimes nothing at all.

First of all, we congratulate the entire friendly and helpful staff at the hotel reception for their professionalism, especially Mrs. Carmen, who was a real help to us. I was celebrating my birthday in the first day and the hotel staff offer me a card and wine in the room which was a lovely surprise. This romantic hotel is very well positioned in the center of Protaras, close to shops, restaurants, supermarket and the bus station and overall had a really great vibe. The spacious and modern hotel rooms with a sea view offer a wonderful view and the opportunity to admire the sunrise over the sea horizon. It's absolutely stunning. Located right on the beach with fine sand, only 50m from the sea with crystal clear and very warm water in October. The entry into the water is very smooth, up to fairly large distances from the shore. Right on the beach sunbeds there were €7.50 for 2 loungers and an umbrella.The hotel concentrates very well in its area a swimming pool of reasonable size and spaces with enough comfortable sunbeds, some of them even under some palm trees that offered the much-desired shade when the sun became too hot. The restaurant of the Bikini beach hotel, located adjacent to the pool area, offered the possibility of serving both breakfast, lunch and dinner, with various possibilities to compose your own desired menu. On Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, the hotel offered tourists various leisure activities, with music and traditional or society dances.

We subscribe to the opinions of other tourists, posted on the website: a four-star hotel, with such prestige and quality, could offer tourists for breakfast the possibility of serving black coffee, freshly ground, not just ness caffe - the possible cost savings are not justify this singular offer, on the contrary, they are exceeded by the unwanted and wasted consumption of ness caffe and the dissatisfaction generated. We consider that a review of this offer and an enrichment of it in the sense of the above, would substantially increase, as a whole, the marks assigned by tourists to the hotel.

The hotel is excellent, boasting a prime location near the main street. You can easily reach it in just about 3 minutes, finding everything you might need, from restaurants and gift shops to bars and a supermarket. I'd like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the hotel and its staff for their exceptional hospitality. They went above and beyond. Upon mentioning that we were celebrating our anniversary, they joined in the celebration with us in a very special way - providing us with wine and upgrading our room. Everything was impeccably organized, and the beach right in front of the hotel is free of rocks, with crystal clear water.

Excellent location right by the beach, promenade and pier. Didn't feel uncomfortable as a solo, female traveller. Nice, relaxed hotel. Excellent value for money but the rating is due to location. Plus I got a birthday card having arrived on my birthday.

Only a couple of small things, but the bath towels are far too small. Also, wall dispensers for universal hair and body wash not really fitting with the rating.

Beachfront location, with umbrellas by the pool with just a few steps to the beach. Also very close to the street with shops, markets and bars/restaurants. great staff, especially Mariana, the lady at the pool area. Towels to enjoy the pool. Great breakfast. Showers by the pool to refresh after sunbathing or to take out the salt water from the sea

The outdoor pool was heated, while the indoors was cold. It should be the opposite so we could enjoy cold refreshing water together with the sun. Guests wake up early to reserve a spot on the umbrellas, so if you don't follow the same pattern, you end up without a spot. (This is more related to the guest rather than the hotel itself) 2 single beds together instead of a couple bed Toilet paper could be of a better quality The glass on the bathtub could have some rubber to prevent water from falling under it and wet the entire bedroom.
