I loved the smell of the place, as soon as you stepped into the hotel lobby it smelt incredible. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. I only stayed as B&B but the breakfast had a great selection for everyone, I was eating pancakes and Nutella every day and they even had fried bread! The pool bar opens at 10am every day and the cocktails were really good. Just be careful walking around the pool as I slipped up quite a few times.

I dont think I can think of anything, oh actually how thin the walls were. My neighbours did keep me up a few times throughout the night laughing and moving their chairs on the balcony. My Mum and Dad also had similar issues with their neighbours.

Nice, elegant hotel and room with the view on the bay. Air-conditioned and modern. The receptionists of the hotel were super kind and always helpful. The hotel has a nice bar at the seaside which is always a good stop for a refreshment before your beach day. :) the waiters there are very friendly. We enjoyed live music from our balcony! The sounds of local Bouvlaki instrument made us all dancing, including the director of the hotel!

The cleaning staff should be a bit more trained and monitored. Sometimes they clean too fast and miss certain areas of the hotel room. The hotel is missing some local touch. Like a Cypriot landscape painting or anything that would indicate that we are in Cyprus.

The hotel is smaller so you can enjoy the familiar/friendlier mood. Cleaning service was great. Clean towels and also pool beach towels were changed daily. Tea, Nescafé always refilled. Food was amazing we did not get bored with it. Dinners were with theme (Italian, Cyprus, Fish etc. We had all inclusive which you do not need on Cyprus, but it makes your holiday more easygoing. You do not have to spend your precious time looking for different restaurants or food shopping and enjoy the holiday. Staff were extremely friendly especially the guys in restaurant and bar. Hotel is next a big, long clean public beach. We chose the room with Mountain View, because we like quite while sleeping and we’re scared about noise from disco from other hotel. Till 10 pm you can hear a magic water show and after that get it silent.

Small beach which “belongs” to hotel. I know it is public but if it would be cleaned from sea grass and rubbish then the stay would be perfect 10/10. Automatic lights on the balcony. It attracted mosquitoes, is not environmental friendly and you can not leave the curtains open for fresh air because you feel like daylight. I would suggest to turn them off at 10 pm if you want to keep the unifying look.

The hotel is great and in good location, near the beach. However, we had a problem with the receptionist when we arrived at night.

The receptionist refused to provide us with a crib and claimed that he had no means of doing so late at night. We and the baby could not sleep all night because of this condition. In the reservation we made on BOOKING, we requested a double room with a crib for a one-year-old baby. However, when we arrived after midnight, we discovered that the room had a youth bed that was definitely not suitable for a one-year-old baby. It's not clear to me why the receptionist couldn't contact the hotel management, in exceptional cases like this, and ask them to open the room where the beds are stored, even though we begged him to do so.

What an experience 💯😳 Everything was perfect. The location of the hotel is 5 minutes walk from Protaras main road, which is better than staying there because it’s more quiet. The hotel is also on the beach offering amazing views and easy access to Protaras main beach. The hotel’s rooms are spacious, modern and clean and the bed was super comfortable 🤩 The staff is very friendly and very professional always willing to assist you in ANYTHING you want. The food at the buffet is also worth mentioning: it’s TOP QUALITY and delicious. There’s a lovely kiosk at the hotel viewing the beach which offers amazing coffee and snacks and food; it’s something you should try. Evalena you were AMAZING, thank you for everything. We’ll be definitely back.

The staff were excellent! We were very well looked after by all the staff and cannot thank you enough for making out holiday great. Let me mention just a few people (sorry I cannot remember you all the names):- the very professional ladies at the reception, Stellios - the restaurant manager, Illias - the pool barman, Zac - the singing barman, our room cleaning lady and all the staff wherever we went! Well done, and thank you all!

We found that the floor tiles around the swimming pool are very slippery when wet and walking barefoot. More warnings and notices are needed.

If you want to see how a hotel in peak season should be run then the Evalena is for you! Never once did we have to wait for buffet food it was always there fresh. Rooms and hotel area are exceptionally clean, cleaned daily with fresh towels. Staff were very welcoming. Excellent beachfront location midway to Fig Tree Bay and Pernera, bang central to Protaras. I would most definitely recommend and would definitely be returning.

The only criticism are the sun loungers we visited in Aug and always rush in morning to put out a towel. We noticed on several occasions that some reserved but didn’t use until late afternoon. Very frustrating

It provides free secure parking, very clearn, bathrobes and slippers in a room, for those who prefer firm beds a bed is very comfortable, a balcony with a table and chairs, a kettle, coffee and tea bags in a room, a hair drayer, perfect olive toiletters. A room is organised very comfortable although small. Buffet breakfast delicious and sufficient although no fresh juice available. A pool is small and amount of sunbeds are not sufficient for all customers but there are no place to put more. The hotel does not have its own beach. To swim in the sea you have to go a few meters down to the right along the beach promenade and take a sunbed on the beach for a little cash. The location of the hotel is perfect with nice building free space arround on a beautiful car and bicycles free beach promenade. Good value. I would definetly stay in this hotel again although in general Protara is not the place I would ever like to return. There are much more beautiful and interesting places in Cyprus for sure.

A little bit worn out towels. Lights in a wardrobe always was swiching on after any movement in a bed that was disturbing in the middle of the night.

good food selection at breakfast. nice room and bathroom, big and spacious. staff was very nice.

the service at the hotel restaurant (outside) was very slow. food was nice, but took too long. nothing is included in the room (nothing provided in the mini bar and only one water bottle provided at check in). the room was clean every day but not properly mopped, which is not the best when you have all the sand from the beach. the spa and gym was also not the best. for what you are paying I was expecting for a bit more.

Great location, very clean and a great breakfast!

My mum had an accident at the pool slipped and fell down and hit her leg. I immediately heard other people complaining as well about how slippery the floor is at the swimming pool area. I mentioned this incident but they wouldn't agree that there is any problem with the floor. I believe they should take this more seriously and do something about it. However they did help us with ice and offered to bring a doctor if we needed one.
