The personnel was very kind! The Breakfast was perfect. The swimming pool and the environment around it was perfect.

I find it unacceptable in the year 2023 to pay extra for the Wi-Fi use. We didn't expect that from a 4-Star Hotel. It was a great disappointment since we use the Wi-Fi a lot.

- The swimming pool was nice - The beds were comfortable

- The facilities need a renovation/refreshment - The staff could be more pleasant - It's ridiculous in 2023 for a 4* hotel to charge €10/day the WiFi Access!

The hotel was amazing! The staff was extremely polite and nice and the food was beyond tasteful. The variety of international cuisines is suited for everyone’s taste and preference. The hotel is couple hundreds meters away from the small beach but if you go by path next to the sea, you’ll reach the big shore with 3-4 amazing and wide beaches, even faster than going by bus! Also, every evening you’ll have organized shows for the kids. The housekeeping service is also outstanding!

The beds are not very comfortable so we didn’t enjoy the sleeping part of our vacation. Also, the Wi-fi is not free and you can buy daily or weekly pass. The free Wi-fi is something we thought is a regular and normal thing in every hotel you stay in and we didn’t pay attention on the website for that information, so it was quite unpleasant surprise. Especially after finding out that even beaches have free wi-fi. Free internet in facilities nowadays should really be “a must”.

Hotel is nice, good location, decent amenities (I.e pool, gym etc)

The reception staff were lovely, but the serving staff in the restaurant come across as rude and as though they wish you weren't there. The food isn't fantastic, but there is plenty of options. I think if the staff had some customer service training it could highly increase the comfortability of the hotel. Also, the rooms are very dark.

The staff is very nice, the kids really like the animators.

This year I had to ask for shower gel, although when cleaning they see that on the 5th day of stay everything is finished, last year it was not like that. The cleaning ladies also broke a glass and when we were looking for the fallen phone, we found a lot of shards under the bed, it's good that no one got hurt

See previous reviews, about the fact that many things are wrong! This is not true! Visit and see for yourself! Daily cleaning of the rooms, friendly staff, and you will eat so much that there will be no need to buy extra! I recommend!

The food was mouth watering and the all inclusive experience was excellent including the snack bar and the drinks provided. The pool was huge and clean and there were lots of parking lots which was helpful

The corridor needed vacuuming and there should be ashtrays on the balconies

Our Terms of stay was HB basis. We requested to change the dinner of a specific day with a Lunch in our check-out date and has not been accepted due to Hotel's policy!!!
