Exceptional service! Since the hotel could not provide us twin beds that we have requested, we got an upgrade to a bigger 2 room apt free of charge! The people go the extra mile to make you enjoy the vacation. Food is on a five star level, 8 day stay, and we discovered new local delicacies daily until the very last day of our stay. There is a shuttle bus that takes you to the beach of your choice in Protaras. The driver is very friendly and is always there to assist in exploring the surroundings. The rest of the staff also earned our respect and gratitude. Will visit again 100%!

Great resort, which has nothing to complain about. It has been confirmed to us again that the quality of the resort is mainly delivered by its employees. They were absolutely wonderful, always with a smile on their face willing to meet the requirements of visitors. From the very first moment, during check-in to check-out, one senses the pleasant atmosphere thanks to the staff of this resort. Omg, where do I start with this place, from the minute I walked into reception till the second I left it was an absolute wicked holiday destination, I had my 2 children with me girl aged 12 and boy aged 3, they always had something to do and eat as my teo are fussy eaters! The staff were absolutely brilliant, the manager was so polite and went out his out way to greet everyone every day, the entertainment team 👏🏻 what a job they done from toddler upto adults were always entertained, absolutely would recommend this place and definitely would book again, absolute mega place for a family

The apartment I had didn't have a sofa in the living room but two beds for the kids, and in all honesty we didn't spend much time in there but that's the only niggle I've got with the place

**A Memorable Stay for Families!** We recently stayed at this hotel, and it was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. The combination of excellent hospitality, fantastic amenities, and an array of activities for kids made it the perfect family getaway. The food was simply outstanding! The variety and quality left us impressed every single day. From delicious breakfast spreads to carefully crafted dinners, every meal was a treat for the taste buds. The chefs clearly put great effort into ensuring there was something for everyone, including kid-friendly options that our little ones loved. The highlight of our trip was undoubtedly the waterpark. It was a paradise for kids and adults alike, with thrilling slides, splash zones, and a lazy river that was perfect for relaxation. Our children couldn’t get enough of it and kept wanting to go back for more. In addition to the waterpark, the hotel offered a range of activities tailored for kids. From arts and crafts sessions to evening entertainment and play areas, there was always something fun to do. It was heartwarming to see our kids engaged and excited throughout the stay. The staff deserves a special mention—they were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. They made us feel welcome and ensured that every part of our stay was seamless. Very friendly, good entertainment, a good variety of food and drinks

The pool and bar areas needed to be cleaned more regularly of dirty cups, plates and glasses. Guests were meant to clean up after themselves but many didn’t which meant food leftovers were attracting flies and it wasn’t hygienic. It was the same at night around the entertainment area.

Facility had everything needed for a family with kids. Not recommended for couples without kid. It feels like a kindergarten with swimming pool and water park. All inclusive feature is the best. You do not need to pay for anything. Rooms are big and spacious.

Because there were thousands of kids in the facility, staff were having problem cleaning everywhere. Restaurant had sticky chair handles and floor was full of knifes and forks children dropped. Non stop kid screaming.

2nd visit to St Elias Resort, and we had a relaxing time. Pool areas are perfect, clean, and plenty of loungers. Food choices a plenty and tasteful. Staff fantastic and room was clean and big enough for our family of 3.

Only small let down on this visit was a smell in our room, which I think was linked to drainage as it was really bad in the bathroom and with no working extractor or window in the bathroom it just lingered. Even though we reported the extractor, it didn't improve. If we had stayed longer than our few days, we would have asked to be moved to another room.

The staff is very lovely and helping everyone. There are two different pools, so you can't hear the noise from each pool in the other one. The food was decent but the diversity was too small, although the food was tasty and well cooked. Free drinks, food and spirits all day long. Good evening shows for the guests.

The diversity of the food, no small supermarket/gift shop on site. the air conditioning is very poor it needs to be fixed or taken care of, since the weather is hot, you barely feel the cool air from the air conditioner.

Our little one (3 years old) had such an amazing time at this hotel! The swimming pools for little kids were amazing! The lady in kids club was lovely. Generally, the staff was very helpful polite and friendly. The food was very good! I will definitely come back again since the kid was very happy during our stay!

The aircondition in the room was quite noisy. Some attention to detail should be given concerning the cleaning of this property. For example the tables chairs and legos in the kids club are not clean enough. Additionally in the buffet i found a lot of dishes that were not cleaned properly and high chairs for babies/toddlers were quite sticky.

Hotel had a lovely setting, grounds were very pretty with lovely outlook and views. Friendly and attentive staff. Rooms comfy and cleaned to a high standard with lovely balcony area and lovely pool/sea views. Smaller pool was lovely and well maintained. Wonderful selection of treats left for a birthday celebration and fabulous local cake. Nice selection of food at snack bar. A few areas that sadly didn’t meet expectations. Appreciate it was half term week so exceptionally busy. However…. These were addressed after speaking to the general manager whom listened to my feedback and explained these areas would be looked into to provide a more positive guest experience. This was greatly received and to reiterate a very attentive customer service. The hotel clearly emphasises customer care and satisfaction to ensure a positive guest experience for all.
