This was my second stay in Sunprime’s Royal Suite. I had an incredible stay—pretty much everything was perfect. The suite was spacious, spotlessly clean, and offered an incredible view with very easy beach access. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh, delicious options, and the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout my stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would return in a heartbeat!

While I really appreciated the effort to add the extra horizontal blind near the single bed since my last stay, there was still way too much sunlight coming through in both the bedroom and that space. The existing vertical blinds barely did anything to block it out, so I was getting woken up early every morning, no matter which room I slept in. A bit more light-blocking would make a big difference for future stays.

We stayed in the Royal Suite, and it was incredible. The view of the sea was incredible, and the hotel is right next to it. The staff was incredibly helpful, and offered suggestions for food and things to see when we asked. We also tried the spa and it was the best we've tried thus far in our weekend getaways. Would highly recommend Sunprime to anyone!

Parking was a little tricky on one day, we got blocked in momentarily by a freight truck, but other than that it was great.

Every morning felt like a culinary journey, with fresh, high-quality ingredients and diverse choices to suit all preferences. The hotel’s location was also stunning, nestled on the east coast of Cyprus with direct access to a beautiful beach. The sunrise views were absolutely breathtaking, creating an unforgettable start to each day. The beach itself was pristine, making it the perfect spot for relaxation. Overall, a truly exceptional experience!

We stayed in the Royal Suite. Although it was only a one-day stay, we were very pleased. The room's amenities were excellent. Because it was a separate suite, it was well-insulated from noise. Having its own entrance was a nice touch. We'd love to stay longer in the future.

Overall, we didn't experience anything negative during our short stay. We didn't use the pool, but it didn't look clean. It might have been due to the busyness, but it didn't look clean or clear.

Great location, next to the beach wonderful sea view, great breakfast with plenty of choice very friendly staff, a short walk to the main strip with plenty of bars and restaurants.

Sun beds were an issue, people reserving at 7am, we were lucky as the royal suite had a sunbathing terrace with 2 sun loungers so we used these most of the time,

I had an exceptional experience at Sunprime Hotel. The service was excellent, with staff always attentive and professional. The food was outstanding, offering both variety and quality. The entire property was spotless and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort, quality, and a relaxing stay.

The beds and the pillows (I know weird) but never have I stayed in a hotel where it was so comfortable, my husband said the same. The view from our balcony was sensational even though it was pretty high up. The standard of the rooms were very high. With robes and slippers provided.

The pool area and the pool was quite small for the size of the hotel, the sunbeds were always reserved although comfy but there was no beds left even at 9:30am and we visited mid October (so peak season would be awful) The staff in the outside restaurant were pretty slack (end of season maybe) but we had to ask to order drink after waiting 20mins and food they seemed like they couldn’t be bothered especially a lady called Nazda or Nadia.

No coffee/tea facilities in room which i found a bit weird for a 4 star hotel (the kettle is there but no coffee/tea bags)! Also there is an espresso machine however you have to pay for the capsules. it would be nice to provide at least basic tea and coffee. Also no vanity kit in bathroom. Other than that everything else was great!

Amazing place! We loved everything - brand new common spaces, nicely decorated big rooms, fantastic breakfast and breath-taking view from the balcony to the seaside. The hotel is on the beachfront - one step and we were at the beach. The staff was very kind and helpful! We wanted to stay more but they didn't have availability. The beach was big and very nice and clean.

The only downside is that it is very difficult, almost impossible to book this hotel - it is always prebooked. We got lucky to get the last available room.

Room was very clean, fresh and modern. Staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. Great facilities and the food was lovely. Great location, very close to all the bars and restaurants with the beach right next to us as well. Absolutely wonderful service and lovely hotel.
