I agree with most of the comments that it is not a 5 star hotel, but let's be objective, the price is not for such a hotel either. That's why it was good value for money. The hotel is old fashion, but when I say that, I mean it in a good way. Everything is spacious, the hall is big, wonderful, terraces too, the pool is the biggest in the area and the area around the pool and towards the sea too. Lots of sunbeds and no crowd at all (it's quite crowded everywhere else). The hotel is right on the sea, so its location is the best! The room was nice, not 5 stars, but good enough. See side view perfect! Breakfast and dinner are excellent with a lot of variety. All in all we had a wonderful time at the hotel, and if I decided to come again in Protaras, surly this will be my choice.

Safety deposit box, which is in the room, is available only for extra charge. Not much, 2,5 eur/day, but 5 star hotel! A man who works in a restaurant, probably a boss, petite, short, older, bald, very rude/unpleasant. Also, it was not allowed to have a dinner at the terrace, what will be very nice. We also had an unpleasant situation at the reception. We extended our stay until 3 p.m., which is possible with an extra charge (which is fine). When we came to the room around 2 pm to enter, the key didn't work. we lost 15 minutes to activate again. When we packed up and wanted to leave the room and get things out of the safety deposit box, our code didn't work anymore. And that's where we lost an additional 20 minutes to solve that. All that with an extremely unfriendly receptionist.

I booked side sea view room, and I was given inland car park view instead.I didn't bother to complain, but this is not professional.

The location, was perfect. They have good facilities in the hotel as well. The food was very good and tasty. We had a half board and the diner was lovely, with a lot of choices. 🤩 Staff that served in the eating area was very professional.

House keeping in the room was good, but they didn't care so much about the dust in the room. Some of the staff waited to come beautiful girls in the hotel to meet them which is okay but, some of the them not with very good intentions!

Very good breakfast with many options and fresh fruits. Nice pool and lot of sun loungers and as hotel is on the beach you could dip in the ocean also from the poolside. Big room and friendly staff. View to ocean from balcony was nice!

Pillows were not great and there was only 1 spare in room for 2 adults. Water kettle was broken in our room.

The room was really big and comfortable. The location of the hotel is perfect, on the beach. The buffet breakfast and dinner had a good variety of food, and there was plenty of food.

The room could have been cleaner, and the pillows had seen better days. The restaurant staff were all foreigners with no knowledge of Greek, so if you were a Cypriot in your own country and didn't speak English, there was no way you could communicate with them. Also, if one was on half-board, they weren't allowed tap water during dinner, they had to buy bottled water!!!!! No recycling was done, the bins at the pool were full of plastic bottles and cups, and there was no special bin if one wanted to recycle by themselves

Everything was very organised and clean! The staff was very thoughtful because they brought as wine and fruits as a gift for my boyfriend's birthday, even though I did not inform them in advance! Dinner and breakfast was very nice too!

Everything was better than expected! We did not have any bad experience or anything to state for improvement.

I loved so much the view , the food was good too and the staff was friendly.

The room wasn't the cleanest for a 5 star hotel but not very dirty either. Maybe that was because it is extra season now. Overall, it was a good experience

This is our second winter break in Constantinos hotel. For us the reasons to come back are: spacious rooms, modern and pleasant interior design, large beds and great quality mattresses promoting high quality sleep and relaxation (which is very important for people with health conditions affecting mobility), high ceilings, cleanliness, very polite and attentive "invisible" personnel, food quality and selection is very decent. The hotel literally stands on the beach. The sauna complimentary hours now for 4 hours per day, which is great improvement from last year, and heater pool in this cold weather is a great feature. This time around however we didn't use the pool and sauna facility, the hotel was full, too crowded for our liking. An important thing to consider during booking is to pay extra for a room with a view. Since we used Booking.com special offer, our room was a more budget version, a bath instead of a shower, no hairdryer (the bathroom pre-installed devise was faulty and wouldn't work properly), all switches were manual and no automatic curtains.

It is a personal preference, but neither I nor my husband can relax and enjoy pool or sauna or dining when it is full of people, especially kids and teenagers. During our stay a junior football team was accommodated in the hotel and it spoiled it for us: too crowded, too noisy, too loud. Lifts were impossible to catch, and children kept riding lifts unsupervised by their parents, even though there is a hotel rule against it. We made this reservation well in advance, and the price for 2 nights HB was less than 1 night stay BB (thanks to Booking.com special offers). We shouldn't complain. We figured that in future we'll simply avoid staying during weekends and/or holidays.

- Check in time is at 14:00 and lunch finishes at 14:30, which makes it almost impossible to make it for the lunch. However, we were allowed to have lunch on the next day (departure day). - Since we missed the lunch, we were proposed to use the kiosk for sandwiches or burgers. Instead, only toast with ham and cheese was available. - Indoor pool area was cold, thus it was really uncomfortable to use it. - Staff (both reception and restaurant staff) was more than helpful and friendly! - Food was great! - Generally, in my personal opinion, it demands some extra effort to make it a 5-stat hotel.

Great location, walking distance to the strip and lovely view of the beach. Hired a car, pleanty of free parking within the hotel. Rooms are spacious and lots of comfy seating areas in the lobby. Staff were extremely friendly, really made our trip special. Andreas (Bar Man) - Charnjit and Christoph in the restaurent, super friendly and nothing was a chore.

Food was not the best, options are similar daily although they advertise different themes, it’s mostly the same food. Shower is not great, the protector screen is poor and water splashes all across the bathroom. Only 2 lifts, so you are waiting a while to get up or down from your room.
