I agree with most of the comments that it is not a 5 star hotel, but let's be objective, the price is not for such a hotel either. That's why it was good value for money. The hotel is old fashion, but when I say that, I mean it in a good way. Everything is spacious, the hall is big, wonderful, terraces too, the pool is the biggest in the area and the area around the pool and towards the sea too. Lots of sunbeds and no crowd at all (it's quite crowded everywhere else). The hotel is right on the sea, so its location is the best! The room was nice, not 5 stars, but good enough. See side view perfect! Breakfast and dinner are excellent with a lot of variety. All in all we had a wonderful time at the hotel, and if I decided to come again in Protaras, surly this will be my choice.

Safety deposit box, which is in the room, is available only for extra charge. Not much, 2,5 eur/day, but 5 star hotel! A man who works in a restaurant, probably a boss, petite, short, older, bald, very rude/unpleasant. Also, it was not allowed to have a dinner at the terrace, what will be very nice. We also had an unpleasant situation at the reception. We extended our stay until 3 p.m., which is possible with an extra charge (which is fine). When we came to the room around 2 pm to enter, the key didn't work. we lost 15 minutes to activate again. When we packed up and wanted to leave the room and get things out of the safety deposit box, our code didn't work anymore. And that's where we lost an additional 20 minutes to solve that. All that with an extremely unfriendly receptionist.

Location is excellent!centre of Protaras next to the beach.Dinner and breakfast is nice with good variety of choices.nice and comfortable room.complimentary sauna and steam bath facilities between 1500-1600.

I booked side sea view room, and I was given inland car park view instead.I didn't bother to complain, but this is not professional.

The hotel is lovely, and right on the beach. Plenty of sunbeds round the pool and the grounds adjacent to beach . We thought food was very good. Always a good selection of food. And the all inclusive option was def worth it. Although if you prefer not to go all inclusive, the hotel is literally 2 mins wallk and you in the main strip, lots of places to eat drink and shop. The dining room staff were all very friendly and efficient The beach is not private so need to hire brolly and befs. But really cheap €7.50 day for 2 beds and 1 brolly . The beach is very clean and crystal clear water.

House keeping was a bit gap hazard. I think it depended on who was cleaning the room. On 4 occasions no towels were left, but have to say, always prompt to bring up once we asked reception. On a few occasions the floor in sleeping area was not swept. The only other thing, more an architectural design oversight. Only 2 lifts, which for a hotel of that size is no way near enough. Hotel wasn’t at full capacity and at busy times we often had to wait quite a while to get lift. we were in 4th floor so stairs wasn’t really an option

The location, was perfect. They have good facilities in the hotel as well. The food was very good and tasty. We had a half board and the diner was lovely, with a lot of choices. 🤩 Staff that served in the eating area was very professional.

House keeping in the room was good, but they didn't care so much about the dust in the room. Some of the staff waited to come beautiful girls in the hotel to meet them which is okay but, some of the them not with very good intentions!

Very good breakfast with many options and fresh fruits. Nice pool and lot of sun loungers and as hotel is on the beach you could dip in the ocean also from the poolside. Big room and friendly staff. View to ocean from balcony was nice!

Pillows were not great and there was only 1 spare in room for 2 adults. Water kettle was broken in our room.

the location is amazing!!!! honestly i liked everything here! if u stay here go and try sauna !!!! also spa centre is nice. the color of water was sooooo beautiful and water was very clean, i definitely think we came during the best season as the hotel was not full and not so many kids and we could find places on the beach whenever we came.

i think as many people already said : the food could be better, more fruits for instance. but i still liked it. I am sure i will come back. For 4-5 days this is the best choice to stay in cyprus.

This was our return visit to Constantinos the Great, and once again, we were very pleased with our stay. The hotel’s location is absolutely perfect – right on the beach with breathtaking views of the sea, especially during sunrise and sunset. The food was delicious and varied, with something for everyone at every meal. We especially appreciate the atmosphere and the overall comfort the hotel offers. It’s always a pleasure to come back here and feel so well taken care of.

The only small downside this time was the room cleaning, which could have been a bit more thorough. However, this didn’t significantly affect our overall experience, and we’re already looking forward to our next stay!

No bottled water supplied

The room was really big and comfortable. The location of the hotel is perfect, on the beach. The buffet breakfast and dinner had a good variety of food, and there was plenty of food.

The room could have been cleaner, and the pillows had seen better days. The restaurant staff were all foreigners with no knowledge of Greek, so if you were a Cypriot in your own country and didn't speak English, there was no way you could communicate with them. Also, if one was on half-board, they weren't allowed tap water during dinner, they had to buy bottled water!!!!! No recycling was done, the bins at the pool were full of plastic bottles and cups, and there was no special bin if one wanted to recycle by themselves
